5+ STARS -- CARTZILLA IS A MUST-DO IN LAS VEGAS!…read more One of the coolest parts of the entire experience was how Sean made sure everyone got to be part of the fun. He goes around to each person, in order, and asks, "What song do you want to hear?" You get to pick your music and then cruise down the Las Vegas Strip jamming to your song! If you have a full cart with 8 people, everyone should get two songs, which keeps the entire group involved and having a great time. And with the Las Vegas weather being over 100 degrees, Sean provided cold bottles of water for everyone during the trip. That was an awesome gesture and definitely appreciated. It showed that he was paying attention to his guests and wanted everyone to stay comfortable while enjoying the ride. Our tour guide, Sean, was the best! He was extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and made the entire experience even better. Who would've thought that riding a HUGE shopping cart down the Las Vegas Boulevard while listening to your favorite music, enjoying a cold beverage, and taking in the sights could be so much fun? The cart seats up to 8 people, and believe me--you really do feel like a celebrity cruising down the Strip! The atmosphere was incredible. The Strip was packed, the music choices from everyone were on point, and we were all just jamming, laughing, and having a great time. The weekend was especially busy with the Ryan Garcia fight, several concerts, the first week of football season, and the Mexican Independence Day celebrations. There was so much energy throughout Las Vegas, and Cartzilla put us right in the middle of it all. For this trip, my wife surprised my son and me with this experience, and I'm so glad she did. What an amazing experience and an incredible memory that we'll never forget! PRO TIP: GET THE 6:30 PM RIDE! You'll get an amazing view of the Las Vegas sunset on the way back, which makes an already awesome experience even better. I HIGHLY recommend Cartzilla to anyone visiting Las Vegas. It's fun, unique, entertaining, and something completely different from the typical Vegas experience. Thank you, Sean, for making our ride such an incredible experience. We'll definitely be back! 5+ STARS ALL DAY!

Our driver Donald was very friendly, and he drove the bus so smoothly, stayed alert, and is definitely a professional. (I know good drivers, I'm in logistics) I felt safe the whole way. Our tour guide Curty, was polite, informative and made sure everything ran smoothly. It could just be me, but his voice reminds me of Raymond Redington (I've recently been watching Blacklist a lot) which is another added bonus. Anyways, he gave the right amount of commentary and spoke clearly. Stops were well space for stretching, snacks and restrooms. There was also a stop at Seligman where the inspiration for Disney Pixar Cars came about. The Grand Canyon itself is breathtaking. We skipped the guided portion and walked the rim trail from Mather Point to Bright Angel, but if you're someone who tends to lose track of time, gets easily distracted, gets lost, or struggles with planning, you're probably better off going with the the guided tour. Don't get too close to the edge!

He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. He didn't just take us through the canyon -- he took the time to explain the history and geology, point out interesting details, and make sure we understood what we were seeing. What impressed us most was how attentive Jon was throughout the entire tour. He knew exactly where to stop for the best views and photos and even helped us get some amazing pictures. He made us feel comfortable and never rushed us. You can tell Jon really enjoys what he does. His enthusiasm and personality made the tour feel less like a standard excursion and more like we were exploring Antelope Canyon with someone who truly wanted us to have a memorable experience. Antelope Canyon itself was breathtaking, but having Jon as our guide made the experience even better. If you book with Max Tour, I highly recommend asking for Jon. He was one of the best tour guides we've ever had. Thank you, Joh, for making our Antelope Canyon visit such a memorable experience! We would absolutely recommend Max Tour to anyone visiting the area.

This was no mall train, and that made me feel much better about driving down the strip in this thing. Once I boarded, the experience was AMAZING. I felt like a celebrity! Not only because the tour guide was incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome; but other people walking down the strip were waving and pointing at us. I mean, how often do you see a train driving down Las Vegas Blvd? Our Tour Guide, Chris, was also incredibly knowledgeable about all things Vegas. He had interesting facts about previous resorts and properties, the first building and wedding chapel in Las Vegas, and of course why we were riding in a train to begin with (Hint: Las Vegas started as a train station between California and Utah). We drove by Allegiant Stadium, The Welcome to Las Vegas Sign, Down the entire length of the Strip, The Arts District, and had a little time to walk around the Fremont Street experience in Downtown. This tour is great for kids and families, or if you have a large group looking to have some fun in Las Vegas

They have no customer service skills at all. The customer is a liar apparently when it comes to this company. On our way to the Pawn shop everyone on the bus was informed that all of us did not pay for meet and greet with Rick Harris. When we booked the tour we were informed that we were going to meet Rick. The majority of the people on the tour bus mentioned that they were told the same. Christian kicked myself and my wife off the tour bus because we spoke up about being lied to about meet in greet with Rick Harris being included in the VIP tour that we booked for your today. I really wanted to meet Rick Harris. This is so unfair. I'm a huge fan of the show Pawn Stars. I have been watching this show since it came on.

My only negatives would be the lunch at the canyon was not great but again it's not a food tour and the bus was a little late when meeting to take off from pickup as there were multiple buses and little crowded and confusion but it all worked out in the end If you're only in Vegas for a little while then you should definitely book this trip if you haven't seen the Grand Canyon

The cost is known up front. A few of the other tours do not include the fee charged by the Navajo. Booking was simple on the website. I actually wanted another date that wasn't available. I emailed GC, and received a quick reply as to potential date changes. From Las Vegas to Antelope Canyon, it's an early call. We had to be ready by 6:30am. Our tour guide kept us informed about what we were doing, -- going to the other hotels for the pickups and how many more stops before we actually get on the road. He gave us information about the area as we were driving out of town. He seemed to know the right amount of talking to do on the trip. Since it was early, some wanted to do a little napping. Our tour guide was very conscientious to make sure we made our appointment to the Navajo tour. He said if we were late, our tickets would be sold to walkups. Going to and from, there were enough bathroom stops and our tour guide made sure to tell us how many hours it would be before our next bathroom break. I felt the driving was safe and responsible but not meek. He had to pass cars or else we probably wouldn't get back until the next day. When he passed, it wasn't reckless. It is a long drive, and it was great leaving the driving to GC Tours. We didn't return to Las Vegas until about 9:00pm. The only disappointment was that GC was very busy and they had to use a rental van so there weren't the captain's chair seats in the van. It was a great tour. Antelope Canyon is beautiful.
