Also make sure to ask for your scone to be heated up before enjoying it. Some menu highlights for me were the cucumber sandwich, salmon crostini, and brownie bite. My favorite tea was the summer peach iced tea since we went over the summer and it was so refreshing! This was our first time to Vegas and this was the perfect way to start our trip. They told us 2:45 boarding starts. We were standing around until after 3 because nothing was ready. I think 3:15 boarding started. This is a "high tea" bus emphasis on "Tea" but the one thing we could NOT get was Tea!!! And then one of the girls mocked the guests like "damn a lot of tea drinkers today" like what??? This is literally a TEA buss. Lol Then maybe advertise something else...? We had to wait nearly FOURTY minutes for a SIMPLE black tea and mind you the girl serving us forgot us three times. She would see us and go "oh shoot! I'll be right back" and then not comeback agin. 40 minutes to put a simple tea bag in hot water I still don't get what the issue was. Manager showed up like "what's the issue" and were like "we're just waiting for tea. They acted like we were asking for something unreasonable wanting Earl Grey tea (which is on their menu) ... and the girl kept saying "you want English Breakfast?" I genuinely don't get it. Caution: I booked this with some friends for a birthday celebration. Payment went through, and I received a confirmation, only to get a call two weeks before the trip being told they had overbooked and needed to cancel our reservation. The woman on the phone made it sound like this mistake in their reservation system happens A LOT. Disappointed Experience We were genuinely looking forward to the Tea Tour Bus experience and had originally booked the tour as a birthday celebration along with three guests. After making the reservation, we attempted to add a fourth guest or reschedule to a date that could accommodate our entire party. Unfortunately, the website provided no clear instructions on how to modify an existing reservation. Over the course of two days prior to the event, I made multiple attempts to contact the company by both phone and email but received no response. It was not until the day of the tour, while we were en route, that I was finally contacted and informed that the reservation could not be modified. I was then advised that our booking had been moved to a different date without our knowledge. Although we were told that email and voicemail notifications had been sent, none were received. After providing proof of our original reservation, we were informed that the full tea service, would not be honored due to the reservation change. As a result, we were offered only the tea tour without the platter. While we chose to proceed with the experience since we were already there. unfortunately the experience fell well below our expectations for what was advertised as an "authentic high tea" experience. The tea selection was very limited, consisting of only two different types of hot teas and two cold teas. The cold tea was served from clear plastic pitchers containing multiple tea bags, which resulted in an overly bitter taste. The hot tea was served from a stainless-steel dispenser, and one of the tea was lukewarm. The overall presentation lacked the refinement typically associated with a traditional high tea service. Additionally, traditional accompaniments such as scones, honey, preserves, or other customary tea service with the teas are not offered, only sugar packets were provided. Serving the tea from proper teapots or tea kettles would have provided a more authentic and elegant presentation, Although a cupcake was provided in recognition of the birthday celebration. Sadly we noticed that several seats remained vacant during the tour despite being told that the event was fully booked and unable to accommodate an additional guest. Overall, communication was poor throughout the process, and the quality of the service, presentation, and overall experience did not align with the pricing or the expectations created by the company's advertising. While we appreciate the partial refund that was offered, this experience did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately, we would not recommend or book this tour again. read more

My sister and I had a wonderful experience on Saturday, 2/7/26. We went on Superbowl weekend around 3:00 p.m. and it was perfect. This was such a cute and unique activity to squeeze in before our Backstreet Boys' concert at the Sphere! We easily checked in following the directions that were sent prior to the reservation day and they were well organized. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed a "high noon tea" experience while gently touring the strip on the double decker bus. There were many items to eat and we were unable to eat them all. If you want, they even give you "to go" containers if you would like to take what you did not get to eat. They also give you a souvenir sparkling tumbler. Many guests were celebrating birthdays, so the staff brought out mini cakes and we all sang to them.
