I used Showcase Limos for Mother's Day as a surprise to my lovely, and so deserving mom and showcase went above their call of duty! Because I was on a budget and the car service was only for mom & dad, I ordered a town car to pick them up and I was pleasantly surprised the day of with a free upgrade to a stretch limo! Not only that, but Carrie (the lady who helped me make the reservation), made sure that the limo was decorated with Mother's Day decor and a bottle of champagne. As you can imagine, my parents were surprised and elated, and they had an amazing night out! Their driver, Gilbert, was professional and friendly and a pleasure to work with! Update: Our recent limo service for my mother in-laws birthday went great, my MIL had a wonderful time and kept complementing how great the limo was as well as our driver. The entire office staff really tried their best to make up for my awful wedding day experience, and I have to say, they did great this time around. I used Showcase Limousine for a wedding on 04/04/2015 to be taken from the ceremony to the reception site. The car was on time and waiting for us to depart and the driver was friendly. The towncar was a basic car but nothing spectacular and served its puropse of transportation but my husband wanted the red carpet that is suuposed to be standard and the driver told us he was running late from an airport pickup just before us and didnt have time to go back to the office to get it. To rectify he offered to stop at the store to get us a bottle of champagne. Well that stop took over 20 minutes while we waited in the car for him to return. My husband finally had to get out and go into the store and tell the driver we were running late and this was taking too long and we needed to get to our reception destination. We were late of course and without any champagne. Several days later we received an additional charge on our creidt card for going over the alloted time, when the driver is the reason we did so. We called the office and they reversed the charges. Our issue was did the driver not tell them the reason we were late prior to automatically charging us the fee. Also the person we spoke to was very argumentative and lacked the basic customer service skills. With hundreds of limousine companies to choose from please research thoroughly before choosing this one. read more

This weekend we used showcase limousine and I have never been happier. They are all about custom service. Not only was the limo was on time and knew where we were going, it was clean and perfect working order. The staff who booked the event was kind, friendly and Showed a great deal of patients. And the best of all was the driver.... Charlotte!!!!!! Best lime or any kind of driver ever. As long as she works for this company I will use them for any of my future events. I was so very impressed with the level of service the company provided. My bride and groom used them to pick-up their entire wedding party to take them to the ceremony, then transport them to the reception and then take the bride, groom and parents back home. Needless to say there were many logistics to consider in having two limousines and managing pick-up for 21 people. But I must say the process was seamless. They made my job as a planner much easier. I recently used this company this last Friday 12/23/11 for our annual Xmas shopping spree. They were extremely reasonable. Ray and Chris helped me with the quotes and getting everything dialed in for our Xmas shopping spree. Steve was our driver and we had no complaints as he drove us from place to place for 10 hours. I used showcase limousine for our wedding in September. The driver showed up on time and was very friendly. The limo was nothing spectacular and smelled of cigarette smoke. A few days after the wedding we notice a charge of $109 on our account. We were never notified we were being charged over time (we did acknowledge we went over our time a little, but not $109 worth). After 2 weeks of not hearing why we were charged, I called showcase for an explanation (Saturday). The lady I spoke to said it was part of their policy to notify the party of any extra charges or overtime. I was told whoever handles that matter was out of the office and I would be receiving a call back shortly. I called back two days later (Monday)to follow up and was told I would for sure be receiving a call by tomorrow (Tuesday). I never received a call Tuesday, but an email at 9:45 that night saying someone would be calling me tomorrow. I became very annoyed with the lack of communication and organization this company showed. On Wednesday, around 1pm and still no call, I called showcase again. I was told that the manager was reviewing my file as we speak and I would be getting a call back soon. I finally received a call back at 5:15pm. I was told that I went over my time by 45 minutes and for every 30 minutes over there is a charge of $54, thus why I was charged the $109. I did not agree with the amount of time I supposedly went over and explained that we only went over by 20 or 30 minutes at the most. I also questioned as to why I was never notified of the overtime and charges without out my consent. The lady apologized and said it is part of their policy to notify the customer of any extra charges and that someone dropped the ball and never notified us. As for the questionable overtime, I was told i was over by 45 minutes and I would not be refunded the $54 like I asked. I was offered 2 free hours on a future limousine service that what said to be worth more than the $54 I was requesting. I told the lady I would not be using their limousine services in the future nor did I trust them with my card on file and take the chance of being charged again without any sort of explanation. I was told I would not be refunded the money and that was all they would offer me as compensation for their mishaps. I would NOT recommend showcase limousine to anyone. This company is way over priced for the services and limousines they provide. Along with rude employees and terrible customer service. read more

We hired this company to take us to the airport directly after our wedding for our honeymoon flight. We had three hours and the trip should have taken 90 minutes tops as we were driving at 10 pm. Unfortunately, the driver and/or the company were not aware of a scheduled freeway closure so we got stuck going only 2 miles in one hour. The driver did get us to the airport 20 minutes before takeoff and luckily after some begging we were allowed to board. Close call but we were happy to make it. Because of the freeway closure we were in the limo after midnight, which resulted in an overtime charge to the credit card. We received no notification of the charge and discovered it coming back from the honeymoon. We felt that if the driver or company had been aware of a scheduled closure, we could have taken an alternate route and avoided the traffic and overtime altogether. It took two clicks on our smartphones from the limo to check sigalert.com and see the scheduled closure, but by then it was too late. Seems like a transportation company should be more attuned to situations like this. After several days speaking with the company about this we are still awaiting a refund read more

Hired showcase limousine for my daughters wedding. When first received a quote we were told it was $400.00 but did not book then later when we booked it (we did wait too long) were told we were quoted $600.00 as it was prom weekend. We had no choice so booked it. When I told them I was paying with a debt card I was told there was a $50.00 fee to use a card. I feel they use an excess card fee to receive only cash as it MAY not be reported as income. The driver was very nice and we had no problems in that area only with the office. read more

I'm also glad we talked because I didn't realize I gave a 2 star rating I was meaning to give a 3 star rating for being okay that was my error that's what made me look to see what I gave because 3 stars are not that bad that's why I was surprised for the call. I stated prior the only thing that I had a problem with is the half empty bottle of cider and that we had to stop and take time out to get another bottle and also that the limo just wasn't as fancy as other limos I have been in before. I rented a Hummer H2 limo for my nieces 15th birthday party. Nanette was great! I live far from Riverside so it was very helpful to be able to do all the paperwork thru phone and email. Everything went very smooth the day of the event. Charlotte was the chauffeur and what can I say but it was a wonderful experience. She was early for the pick up, which was greatly appreciated and was very patient and cordial throughout the whole hours of service. I was not there at the drop off location but I did receive a call form Charlotte to let me know the drop off had occurred. That was greatly appreciated since I wasn't at the location.
