They recommended Precision so I called. From the minute the owner came to my house I knew I had chosen the right guy. He measured for the glass, talked with me about choices of color, etc. Painless process. They called when the glass was ready for installation and came the next day. It was a longer process to install than I thought because he made sure everything was perfect. I couldn't believe how good everything looked. I won't go anywhere else if I need glass for something. They scribbled notes on individual sheets of paper on each window to provide to primary estimator. Asked for ball park 'guess' on each window and was told $500 to $1000 each window. Week went by as we awaited report. Called and inquired. Was told estimator was out but would get back to us next day. Called next day and was told our windows are not standard and their estimator is trying to determine best repair method. They would get back to us by end of week. End of week ... No return call. Left message following week requesting return call. Nothing - again. Has been three weeks now ...Either they simple don't care about our business or they could not figure out how to repair our windows (there were 14 identified for repair). Either way - would not trust Waterbury Glass to even repair a chipped coffee cup let alone our home windows. Buyer beware.
