After what seemed like forever waiting for our bathroom renovation to be finished, the last step was to reinstall our shower door; our old, dirty, and framed with metal shower door. Decided at the last minute to trash it and go for something new. The next day I called Shower Door King and after a short conversation, answering some questions, and providing some imprecise measurements I had a quote sent to my inbox. I had some questions and Tracy was very responsive and answered all of my questions. Later that week Tom came by and took some actual measurements and my doors were ordered!! About a month later I finally got the call! My doors were scheduled to be installed in 2 days time! That day finally arrived and, at the exact time they said they would be there, Jaime and Pedro showed up to install. About 2 hours later they were finished. They did a great job of explaining everything and answering any final questions I had. The worst part was now we still had to wait 24 hours before using our beautiful new shower! Overall I don't think I could have been any more satisfied with the process (other than the wait for things to get ordered/processed). Seems like a very high quality product at a reasonable price. At the suggestion of our contractor, we used Shower Door King for our frameless shower door in a master bathroom in 2013. The installation process was efficient, with high quality workmanship. Our only issue has been that the bottom silicone piece that keeps water from leaking under the hinged door has split twice since installation. I am still giving them 5 stars for the following reasons. They promptly replaced it free of charge both times (initial replacement still under warranty and second replacement fee waved as we were only a few months out of the warranty period). Their turnaround time from call placement to repair was very reasonable. They also called to give a heads up when they were on their way. I was given another replacement piece to keep on hand in case it happens again, as well as an alternate method for obtaining this piece in the future, to help avoid having to pay a service fee. I recommend them without reservation. Incredibly easy to work with, very professional, and prompt. As an added bonus - they even offered to take their shoes off (pouring rain out!) as soon as they stepped inside. I don't believe I have ever had that offer before and we have had a lot of work done on our house. read more

One of our showers had been installed by another company that absolutely refused to repair the shower door for the second time in two years. We were having difficulty finding any company on the Memorial Day weekend. When I called SHOWER DOOR KING and talked to the president, I knew I had discovered a treasure. Really excellent service from start to finish. Ended up with a great installation. Took a lot of quotes when I was shopping for a shower door, theirs came in pretty much middle of the road, and the responsiveness could not be beat. They worked with me to make sure that I got exactly the door I wanted, and I really couldn't be happier with the end result. It took about two weeks from signing the sales agreement to manufacture the door, and then they were able to schedule the installation the next day. They gave me a two hour window for when they'd arrive to do the install, and they actually showed up on time, at the start of that window, with a courtesy call 45 minutes out to let me know they were on the way. Derrick and Christopher were our installers, and they could not have been more professional. Ours was a pretty simple door, just one panel, and they had it done in less than an hour. We recently had our Master Bath remodeled. Following the completion of the drywall, tile work and installation of the cabinets and toilet, the contractor put us in contact with Alfred Bruch of Shower Door King to put in a frame-less shower door. Our contractor had used Shower Door King many times before and assured us that they would do an excellent job. Jaime and Christopher were very meticulous in the installation, not to mention their politeness and cleanliness (one actually took his shoes off downstairs, the other wore shoe coverings). My master bath has a frameless glass shower door purchased from Shower Door King over ten years ago. It has perfomed flawlessly. I recently contacted Al at Shower Door King to have the clips, vinyls and a door adjustment as part of a refurbisment project for my bath. Shower Door King arrived the next day as they were going to be in my area for another install and after their short visit my door is as good as the day it was installed. This is the only service this door has needed in over ten years of daily use. If only the rest of the bathroom was as durable as I am re-laying tile and painting. Great Job! We couldn't be happier! Jaime & Thomas were very fast, kept the work space super clean, and friendly. We had a framed shower (with ugly frosted glass) that needed to be removed so the glass shower wall and door could be installed. They took the old shower walls out, cleaned the sealant from the tile, filled the holes really well (you can hardly notice the filled spots) and installed the new shower in 2 hours! They were at our house for literally 2.25 hours total. We were so happy with the installation process BUT the price can't be beat! The finished product looks great and is easy to keep clean. I initially used ShowerDoorKing for the design and install of my new semi frameless enclosure 10 years ago. Recently, while changing the bottom sweep on my shower, I shattered the door.
