Contracted with Amir/Pyramid to create/install a wet bar, and Amir had me work with Naim. Communication with Naim was inconsistent, which made scheduling very difficult. I would agree to a day for the work to be done, take the day off work since we agreed on a weekday, only to learn Naim did not actually mean the date he proposed, but instead some time over the weekend. Rescheduling was extremely difficult and Naim was very rude. Amir stepped in, and we eventually got the wet bar done. Unfortunately I paid Amir before realizing a couple of issues with the wet bar - Naim did not sand the wooden countertop and did not caulk the bar. I told Amir this and he said he would get it fixed. It has now been nearly a year with me trying to get Amir to fix the wet bar, but at this point, I am beginning to realize he cannot be trusted. Very disappointed with not just the work, but also the dishonesty of Amir and Pyramid to tell me they would fix the work, but it appears they have no intention to fix the bar. read more

Shoutout to Amir for being wonderful to work with! In addition, he was able to arrange to have our shower pan reglazed as well, so that the final product was like a brand new shower! One of the tiles was noted to be cracked and some of the grout was missing, but Amir was able to repair that, which was much appreciated.
