When i picked Millie up, she had been stripped down to the skin. Her skin was BRIGHT RED like a burn. It turned out that Margie was not available and they turned my beauriful dog over to an unskilled employee---charged me for a professional master groomer but that is NOT what we got. We have now found out that the damage to her was so extensive that part of her fur will NEVER grow back.They have permanently ruined Millie's coat---which for the last 9 years has been beautiful and healthy. I reached out to tell them of the situation and---crickets!! Do not EVER take a beautiful dog there and expect anything but damage. I wish i didn't have to add a star to this review!!!

But…read moreunfortunately we tried to book a follow up appointment when they were done and I was told to coordinate with the owner Aga because it was not the usual groomer. After multiple attempts to get our sweet girl on the books we have been left unread yet again. Such a bummer because I've provided tons of times and dates that I would love to have her groomed but they simply won't respond. Being ghosted multiple times is really quite a bummer. Onto the next one.

They arrived within 3 minutes of the scheduled arrival time. They quickly made a connection with the dog. They listened to me and my wife's concerns about what needed to be done until they knew what we wanted, and then promptly got to work. Amazing! From very-hairy-indistinguishable-breed to a strikingly dashing schnauzer/scottie mix! No tranquilizer required. Wow! Aussie performed a miracle, and we're going to have them back! We are very picky with where we get our dog groomed. We have had some iffy service at other…read moregroomers, but Sydnee's Pet Grooming has been fantastic for our pup! They are affordable and really care about the pets they work on. My only gripe is that there are times where it has taken 4+ hours, which seems like quite a long time. I do, however, appreciate that they are open on Sundays. You can't find many groomers that are open on Sundays (at least in Utah), so that's nice!

Our 9 year old dog went through many years with bad groomers and now for the past few years we have been taking her to Quinci after the first groom, Mia happily goes in. No longer terrified of the groomer. 3. I LOVE that she doesn't use kennels. She gets the dog in and then out and usually in less than hour, which is incredible. We are a loyal customer who will never go anywhere else!
