I thought they were going to take Tiger into another room, off to the side, where it was a little quieter and out of the chaos. They did not. They took the carrier, placed it on a table, grabbed Tiger by the scruff, and without concern for him, or his wellbeing, forcefully held him up, leaned him back, and clipped his front nails. They didn't even fully remove him from his carrier, they just kind of left him hanging half in, half out. He looked terrified. Then, they flipped him head down in the carrier, back legs out, held him down and clipped his back nails. I couldn't believe what I was seeing! Tiger came to Utah last March via Delta Airline in his carrier, in the cabin with me. He was relaxed, quiet and comfortable throughout the flight. He trusted me. Since the disregard for his well being at the Dogroom, he now runs under the bed when I get home. If he so much as hears the closet door open where his carrier is kept, under the bed he goes. That was 2 1/2 months ago! Tiger is a 13 year old, beautiful, blue eyed, part Siamese, teddy bear of a cat, weighing in at 15.5 pounds. My heart is broken. I feel horrible I subjected him to this ABSOLUTELY UNnecessary, UNprofessional encounter. Though he is trusting me a little more, I believe it will be awhile before he fully trusts me again - if ever. There is no excuse or reason for their treatment. If they don't want, or like, to do cats nails, they should just say no when asked! They could have save Tiger and me a lot of grief.

Most ask for vaccines but then never verify anything. I let them know I'd be staying in the area in case my little man was not able to be groomed. He hates water, the blow dryer and is skittish around strangers. He was abused indoors before he was rescued so he's not a fan of new places either. They told me it would take 2-3 hours even though he didn't need to get trimmed at all. I walked out thinking this is never going to work. When no call came within 5 minutes I was a little surprised. Then the phone rings 40 minutes later....I thought.... there it is, he's not going to make it through. It's only been 40 minutes and not even close to the 2-3 hour eta. To my surprise, they told me he's ready for pickup and he did great. I was truly shocked. Shelly did a phenomenal job. My only negative is that they opened the little gate to the back room before having the leash on my dog. There were other dogs in the waiting room which was not a big deal but had someone opened the front door or had been walking in, my dog would have darted out immediately and would have likely run right out into the street. That didn't happen thankfully but it crossed my mind when I had to grab him by the bandana they put around his neck. I'm grateful that was on him. I will return and will request Shelly ever time. I'm glad I found this place and appreciate all the attention they gave my pup.

The technician was kind to our pet, but I was surprised that no one initially checked our pet's temperature or assessed his condition based on his symptoms; we had to remind the staff to do so before we left. Dr. C made a poor initial impression with his curt demeanor. He seemed short and almost dismissive of our pet's situation. For instance, he did not introduce himself when he came in and after a brief greeting, he pointed to the table for our dog and began his assessment without allowing us to provide input. He was halfway out the door before he finally asked if we had any questions. However, It came off as more of a formality versus actually caring if we had any questions and addressing them. The initial interaction, lasting less than two minutes, felt rushed and impersonal, reflecting poor bedside manner. However, Dr. C significantly redeemed himself when he returned with the medications and was very polite and more attentive. Additionally, a gentleman named Alex was extremely kind and helpful, answering many of my questions and putting my mind at ease in the reception lobby. Overall, our experience mostly positive and if I had to point out any areas of improvement , it would be the overall bedside manners that the doctor provided with patients. With that being said, I would return.

She's unreliable, unorganized and completely inconsiderate of customers' time. There were two or three times where she never showed up at all and I waited literally all day for her, because she did not have the courtesy to communicate that she was running late or provide an approximate time that she would be there. She shows up an average of eight hours late. I had an appointment at 10am and she showed up around 8pm. Another appointment was at 9am. She showed up around 10pm. The earliest that she ever showed up was about two hours after the scheduled appointment. A few of the excuses she has used: "The app changed the appointment time", she "pulled the cord out of the generator", " her key fob isn't working", " her vehicle broke down". Yesterday, my appointment was scheduled for 4:30pm, finally at 9:36pm she messaged that she was on her way. At 10:45pm, she still wasn't there so I messaged her to cancel. I don't have the energy to stay up another 2-4 hours while she grooms my two dogs and I have to get up early in the morning to go to work. Especially when the appointment was at 4:30. She wanted to reschedule for today or tomorrow but I'm not available and I've given her too many chances. I'm tired of wasting entire days sitting at the house, waiting hours for her when I could be doing other things. It is pathetic and she should be embarrassed for consistently providing this type of service. Find somebody else to groom your pets. Anybody else! Do it yourself. Just don't use her unless you want to be inconvenienced by expecting her to show up and she either does not or will when it's time to go bed.
