I tried to ask for a later arrival but was ignored--calls went unanswered and texts were not returned. It took more than eight attempts to get a simple answer. On the day of the party, they claimed to be delayed due to a car accident. Hours passed with no updates. After multiple calls and texts, they finally informed me--by text, not a call--that they would not make it and promised a full refund. No supervisor or owner ever called to apologize, and I never received my refund. After repeated follow-ups, I was sent a fake receipt for $100, despite being owed $461.58. This company is unprofessional, unresponsive, and only interested in taking your money. When things go wrong, they refuse to make it right. If I could give 0 stars I would.

They arrived right on time and were able to set up easily even with some space constraints from my venue. Johnathan the magician showed up 30 minutes late due to traffic-however upon his arrival he quickly appeased the energetic little people with balloon twisting and fun. The kids were on him like swarming sharks and I was just deeply relieved to have the focus redirected off the destruction of my home.
