We took it in to have it looked at on a Saturday. We were very impressed with Todd, the owner. We dropped it off the next week to have a full car polishing and repair and paint work to the fender. We picked it up a few days later and it looked beautiful...almost as good as the day we drove to off the lot. Their staff is friendly and knowledgable. He worked all the way up to midnight despite me offering to let him come back later. He left very late but was determined to finish and showed back up to my house at 7:30am the next day, less than 8 hours after he left. He finished the work and didn't even charge extra for working so late. Thomas' attention to detail was amazing and you can tell he takes great pride in his work. I purchased a Groupon this week for Aero Detail KC and called to book the appointment. I tried…read morecalling several times without luck and left a message which wasn't returned. I found an option to book online, which I did. I noted I bought a Groupon on the notes. I received a text from the business the day before the appointment saying I was booked but they didn't honor Groupon. I told them I was confused because I just bought the Groupon and was told they were also confused. I had to personally call Groupon and get a refund. I told Aero Detail KC I'd keep my appointment anyways and asked if it would be the same rate. I was told it would be $200 instead of the $153 I paid on Groupon for total detailing. I decided to just do interior detailing to make it cheaper and was really disappointed they wouldn't honor the rate I had agreed to with Groupon. Several hours later I got another text from Aero Detail KC saying they were totally booked up on the day of my appointment (i.e. the next day), and they asked me to pick a different day. I had never cancelled my appointment and in fact already arranged for a ride to Smithville! This was a horrible experience and bad business all around. I just want to share so no one else falls into the same trap as me.

They spent about hour and half on it and it was really dirty. Everything looked great and brand new when finished. Carpets vacuumed and shampoo and interior wiped down. I am not sure if they offer scents but it smelled clean. I will try out the exterior detail next time. The pricing was little more than I like but everything is expensive in today market. Overall the owner was friendly and I would recommend trying them out.

I was sitting one foot from the owner, as he spoke with his "parts" man, inquiring whether or not he had a door. The parts man said he had a door. BUT...I had to wait FOUR DAYS before I could pick up my vehicle, with no explanation for the delay. In the meantime, I was forced to rent a car. I was charged $950 for a used door!! Combined with my rental car charge, I wound up paying almost $2000. There was absolutely no reason for my having to wait so long to have my door to be replaced, and I DEFINITELY question why I was charged so much for a used door!
