They also didn't cover my interior and it was filled with dust, that even after vacuuming many times has left my black interior dark grey. I immediately apologized and started kissing his a** to keep the project going. I left and hoped for the best. When I came to pick up the car, the paint job was average at best and you could see lots of swirl marks in the paint. There were also "crows feet" in the roof that weren't here before and a large crack on the right side (See Pics). The door was aligned properly but when I got home I discovered they put a screw in the middle of the door panel in an attempt to fasten it. Absolutely unprofessional! Tony, the manager, kept me in the loop the entire time and ensured the process was as smooth as possible. In addition to fixing the front end, they also took care of some scratches and dings l accumulated over the years from the kids bikes and balls. The cost for these additional repairs were very reasonable. When I picked up the truck, it looked great and was pleasantly surprised that they detailed the interior! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED-TRANSMISSION SERVICE-POOR SERVICE--AND SECURITY ISSUES…read more I had a very disappointing experience at AAMCO Transmission located on Prairie View Road, KC and Lee's Summit Road in Independence, MO. Both owned by Chad Raymond. I took my auto in for service and the results were not only unsatisfactory, as the main issue was never repaired, but additional damage was done while at their shop. It was verified that a hose was left loose and dragging the ground, skid plate bolts were lost as well as skid plate, exhaust was damaged and the transfer case was leaking and I was told it was repaired and it was not. The owner suggested I take my vehicle to the Independence location, which I did. Two days later, shockingly, I was informed my vehicle was stolen from their lot and they had a sign indicating they were not responsible for accidents or for theft so they were not covering it. My vehicle was recovered by police the next day. Surprisingly, there was no forced entry and it was not hot wired according to the police report. In addition their security camera failed to show anything. I was charged $5031 for the transmission which was never fixed but in addition to other repairs and items stolen from my vehicle, towing and impound fees, I was out $6,258.54. I also drove a total of 866 miles for all the service visits. I reached out to the owner asking that my $5031 be refunded at a minimum however communication was lacking and there was no customer support in resolving any issues. The only thing the owner, Chad Raymond said to me, after my request he call me, was "I didn't steal your car!" and "It's a ------- world full of ------- people." I also reached out to corporate with no follow up or support. Being a senior citizen on a fixed income this was a devastation with absolutely no resolution. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO OTHERS BASED ON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. I WOULD HOPE THEY WOULD TAKE STEPS TO IMPROVE BOTH THEIR SERVICE QUALITY AND SECURITY MEASURES TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING TO ANYONE ELSE.

I know Honda motor cars to be capable vehicles but not this time! My concern is that this young family needing reliable dependable transportation for their child and themselves!
