I wasn't offered a refund, any guidance on how to resolve the issue, or any effort to make things right. If Casey's chooses to partner with DoorDash for deliveries, there should be a clear process for customers to get help when something goes wrong. Passing responsibility back and forth leaves customers with no accountability, cold food, and a frustrating experience.
