If you work long hours during the week, having a provider open on Saturdays is everything--Dr. Sebastian's weekend availability is what made real relief possible for me when I had no other options. I decided to use my last visit at Mira Mesa location and cancel the membership as I wasn't getting even a slight help. That day I met with Dr. Christopher Zeiter and he was amazing. He listened to me very carefully, understood the problem and after that did the proper adjustments. Honestly speaking, on that day I actually realized that the adjustments could help with the pain and I felt amazing after the adjustments. Dr Chris also recommended some exercises which were suggested by the previous Chairo at Mira Mesa. Starting that day, I am continuously visiting Dr. Chris Zeiter at the Encinitas location. I live at Mira Mesa but I still drive more than 10 miles to see Dr Chris. He listens to all complains with attention, do the adjustments, prepare a personal plan to improve the back health and suggest correct seating/sleeping posture and exercises. Dr. Leah Helin fits all these criteria and a lot more. I have seen maybe ~15 chiropractors all together in my life, Dr. Helin is the best chiropractor I have been to. Yes, she is expensive and we visited a couple others before finally landing there. The first hour visit will count as probably about 3 or 4 visits at another chiropractor. She is that smart, targeted and efficient. The whole family goes with great success. The biggest success is that one child that was told by two orthopedic specialists that surgery was needed, completely avoided surgery because Dr. Helin was part of the treatment. A 3-year old pain I had was identified, targeted, given exercises in ~15 minutes; she helped more in those minutes than 12 hours of physiotherapy. The now better targeted exercises keep me improving a lot faster. Go see her, you won't regret it.

Dr. Leah is, by far, the best, and the most honest. I recently went to a guy in Solana Beach because he had a spine stretching machine (Dr. Leah is always booked, also, so I wanted to go to someone right away for my back pain--I'm an impatient person). The guy told me that the only way I'd get better was to come into his office three times per week for 8 weeks, and use his spinal stretching machine. He also told me that I couldn't do anything active except walk on flat ground for a maximum of 20 minutes at a time. I drove home from there, super depressed and discouraged. Well, after sleeping on it, I came to the conclusion that the guy was full of crap. He also wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to do it "his way." He seemed like a nice guy, but please. Dr. Leah not only gives awesome adjustments, but tells me how to cure my bulging discs. She's honest in telling me that nothing can actually revert them back to how I was 35 years ago, but she said I don't have to get worse, I don't have to suffer in pain so much, and I should still be able to surf, run, do yoga, play tennis, all the things I love. I love that she's a sports-minded practitioner too. She has a positive attitude and is super friendly and likable. She's efficient, too. I am writing this because I found her on Yelp and I want to pay it forward. No one should be debilitated from back pain. I cannot thank Dr. Leah enough for all she's done for me. I have so much more hope, and can do the things I love. She's a keeper.

Going into my first appointment I I met Alexus the Chiropractor assistant who helped me fill out the medical questionnaire and was super professional and empathetic which made discussing my current health concerns a peace of cake! I also had my x-rays taken which helped me understand and see what the problem was which was causing me current pain and lack of mobility. I went to my primary and got blood tests and when nothing came back irregular I decided to look towards physical therapy and chiropractic care. Dr. Woffard took some x-rays after listening to some of my symptoms. His approach was to work on my optic and auditory nerves that may be compressed which in turn could be causing some of my dizziness. It took about 6 treatments and it went away. He also has a lovely massage therapist named Amelia that I worked with to help keep the muscle area surrounding loosened. She is one of the best massage therapists I've seen. I highly recommend Dr. Woffard and his practice, they are very thorough and want to get to the root of the pain, his goal was to get me healed and on with life. I'm so grateful to him and his years of experience. I have no dizzy symptoms anymore and now have a massage therapist I know I can rely on for in between maintenance.

I have issues in my upper and lower back from many injuries and he addressed each area. After leaving his office I feel like my body is operating more efficiently and that I have less pain. The office also offers massage, and not just the light massage, but functional massage with 5 different masseuses.
