I was moving from an apartment that I'd lived in for more than 4 years following a previous apartment where I had lived for more than 7 years and had quite a bit of personal documents that needed to be shredded. My apartment was in Laguna Hills and the Shred Bull truck drove into the complex and shredded what amounted to 8 boxes of documents within a matter of minutes. This included credit cards. With options to pay by cash or card I was able to pay the estimate quote of $99 by card at the time of the shredding. The gentleman who handled the process was an excellent driver in my apartments curvilinear parking lot full of dead ends, as well as very polite and very efficient. Getting ready to move, so I had 30 years of stuff to purge, including 8 boxes of documents to destroy. Found Shred Bull on line and liked what I read. I contacted them and scheduled a very convenient appointment. The truck came to my house and I met John the owner. He dumped my boxes into his bin, loaded the bin in his truck, and started the machine. There's even a monitor of the shredding process you can watch. Pretty cool. I don't write too many reviews but in this case, I have so much gratitude for John @ ShredBull for helping us in out a very tight and crucial way. We needed an immediate document purge as our company was preparing for a short-notice FDA audit and needed to clean up excess documents ASAP. After trying to schedule a special purge pick-up, our regular service did nothing and was not willing to make any arrangements before our next scheduled date. They flat-out refused. I spent over 7 hours of my day trying to locate someone who was willing to come within 24 hours to handle an on-site document purge/shred. I called several individual local business and put out an SOS on Yelp. I had several replies and explained our situation however the best anyone would do is 2+ days out which would put us in the midst of our audit. When John (ShredBull) replied to my request and I explained our situation, he said he would and 'fit us in' to his route the next day. He came on time, called when he was on his way, shredded everything we needed and provided us with a 'proof of destruction' certificate so we could show that we properly closed out our records. He was incredibly personable, and has a great business acumen. My manager was very impressed with this gentlemen who is now set up as our backup vendor. I was uncomfortable with the idea of dropping it off at some random Staples and then having it hauled away to be shredded. But did I have enough to shred to make it cost effective to have some one come out to my house with a truck.
