First time using THIS storage. At first, looked like a great deal as they give you a truck and driver for "free" as well as their "lock" but the caveat was 90 min. to load from your place and driver DOES NOT HELP, just sits there for 90min. while you load truck so if you don't have help, id say load boxes first before the date of truck otherwise you won't make is in 90min. The price they initially quoted for a 10x14 = $248/mo. I told him I had lower quotes and they gave discount senior if 62 yrs. Or older on the monthly rent so came down to $225/mo. My pet peeve with this storage is that although they give you a special lock and key, you CANNOT keep keys. The feedback they gave me this so they have control on who is on premises at all times! This storage does not offer 24/7 entry even if you have code to enter and exit. If you want more control over your unit, I'd suggest going elsewhere! read more

The only reason I stopped in is because of a sign that said, "we sell boxes" in bright bold letters. Otherwise I would not have noticed the place. Sometimes old school ads work best! The guys were helpful and the prices were reasonable. They also have storage units for rent and allow you to borrow a truck for free *up to a certain mileage* I know it would have been free for me as I was only moving 5 miles away. read more

You get what you pay for. I searched for the cheapest storage unit on spare foot for my son in Lake forest. This place came up. I went with my son to pay for his storage unit. PS insurance is needed in order to rent there storage unit to you. You can only access your storage unit no later than 6:45 pm during the week and 5 pm on the weekends. My son didn't know this until after. He gets off work at 5 pm so that doesn't give him much time to pick a few items from his unit unless he's speeding or he will have to wait until the weekend on his day off to pick some of his things up from his unit. The biggest problem my son had was this company was they TAKE your storage key and only give it to you when you need to access your unit. You have to enter a password on the keypad for your key, fill out sign in/out sheet. This was inconvenient, controlling and makes me wonder. Only they have keys and access to our storage unit? No thanks. I told my son to find another storage place because this place is a few dollars cheaper than other storages but not worth it. read more

He provides wonderful customer service and has helped my family navigate a hardship with our bill at one point. Don is also very kind and considerate when answering my questions over the phone. Hello, I'm very pleased to offer feedback on my experience with Trabuco Storage. It was a last-minute decision and a great one! I visited 5 other storage companies. But this one had the best reviews and a personal reference Tulsi, the site manager! I was sold just on that! Then I visited and toured the location and storage unit and loved it! The team, storage unit, and pricing is perfect! A super big plus is the free-moving truck and driver. You have 1.5 hours to load. And 1.5 hours to unload to your new location when needed. I was running a little late loading and needing to turn in my key to my Condo management. Jessie recognized how stressed I was and offered a little leniency.
