I've been using storage for more than 20 years now. I used a lot of different facilities and I called around to see who has the best prices even 1 facility offered the 1st month would be free but my views totally changed after I visited Trabuco Self Storage. The customer service I got was Exceptional from a guy named V.K. he was so helpful he showed 4 different size units to me and my daughter, he was so kind that every time we walk towards a door he opened the door for us he made us feel so special we never got such service from any of the facilities we have used before. V.K. was very professional he answers all of our questions and to put a cherry on top of the cake he was soooo funny that we couldn't stop laughing.Sometimes the simplest things mean the most. I wish I spoke to him earlier he made our life so much easier he explained about their free move program and also he told us we didn't have to buy our own lock they provide it to me. Unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of free truck offer because we already had a u-haul rented out. I wish this storage can offer me the same discount like other storage but they did not give any discount V. K told me about their senior, military, student discount but we did not qualify for any of it. The facility was very clean, well maintained I haven't seen such a clean facility before. When we went to look at the units V.K. took us on the Golf cart. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO EVERYONE DO NOT waste your time and energy to shop around just come to Trabuco kangaroo storage and V.K. is the man come and talk to him YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. I love pouch self storage! Been using it for extra storage for years! The facilities are well maintained and the staff are like family! Being an eccenyric artist and one that repurposes everything, it can get a bit overwhelming for my family to see my finds taking over their peaceful abode! Heck, it overwhelms me sometimes to the point of losing inspiration! So, I just take a step outside and head to my home away from home here at pouch to gain perspective and it allows me to get re inspired and organized! It's part of my great community! You know that small town feel! Comfortable to talk and hang out with your neighbors or time to yiurself! Mutual respect is expected and appreciated! My Initial contact with Mr. Varinder had been fantastic and they also have the top notch Customer service ever. There Units are very Cost Effective and clean with the highest level of Security I have ever seen with any Storage Facility. I needed to downsize a storage locker that I had at another location where I wasn't using all the available space I went to this cop any hoping for a good price. I got more than that. Friendly smiles, nice people and good customer service along with that goo price I was looking for. I've rented spaces at storage lots before, it's usually a boring a dry experience. This, although what seemed to be a bit more paperwork that normal, was actually handled fast and friendly. Gilbert was beyond held up knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions and address any concerns. The space I rented was fairly priced, clean and easily accessible. I really like this storage facility, the people that work here really go out of their way to help you find exactly what you need. I feel like Gilbert who has helped me move from one storage unit to another really cared about getting the best deal and making sure that my my transfer went really smoothly, I really can't imagine any other storage facility that has this level of service and level of genuine care for its tenants. It is also the most secure facility I have ever used, they have an alarm for every single unit and there check in and check out procedure adds a level of protection not common in the industry.
