Moving ... OMG what a lot of paper you accumulate over 40 years in Sarasota! I knew that shlepping boxes of papers to the UPS store, or Staples, or even a shredding site just wasn't going to cut it. So when I talked to Brad Long, he arranged for a 96 gallon container (96! who would have thought I could ever fill that?) to be brought to the house to fill and be shredded all at once. Well, yes, I filled that 96 gallon container. And he shredded it. Whew! So bottom line is if you need shredding done, Shred Medic is the place to go! My company was matched with Shred Medic by Shred Nation for a one-time mass shredding; I was a little wary at first because my dealings with Shred Nation had been so slow-going. But as soon as I contacted Brad Long at Shred Medic he called to get our pick-up scheduled. It worked out perfectly since he had a person in the area later that afternoon. The Operations Manager Andrew Ecker was so nice and really quick! He also let me know of their monthly services, which would save our staff so much time! These guys are fantastic and I personally recommend their service. This being the first time I have used such a service was a bit leery but after speaking with Brad Long (the owner) all my fears were quickly but at ease. Brad patiently answered every question to my satisfaction and scheduled the appointment. Andres Ecker (operations Manager) soon presented to our door (before the scheduled time) and quickly went to work. He was professional with excellent customer skills and was so thorough he actually found some documents we actually needed and returned them to us.
