Get paid to recycle? I'm into it…read more Scrap aluminum. Old iron furniture? Fridge? A/C? Other metals? Bring them here and get some money for them. Also, they get recycled instead of ending up in the dump. Hard working employees. They were bust after Hurricane Irma as people brought all sorts of items but couldn't have been any more courteous or helpful. When I was there in 2017 they were paying about $.04 for iron stuff .24 for aluminum. You back your vehicles up to dumpsters. Unload. They forklift it away and weigh it. You grt a receipt. You provide I.d. and such to cash out. Pure and heavier aluminum and other metal items are weighed separately. I'm into it. Thinking if getting into the scrap metal business.

I was going to this place for the last couple of years after I was done unloading my steel I drove…read morethrough an area where I wasn't supposed to because there was nobody directing me where to go so after I drove through that area, I got screamed and yelled at one of their employees started to get in my face and I asked him nicely. Hey, please don't scream at me. I had other stuff that needed to be cashed in like my wire and batteries so I told them how I felt. They decided to refuse service. They shouldn't have yelled at me if they don't like their job or if they're dope sick and they don't have money that's their problem.! if they don't like their job, they shouldn't be working. This is not the first time they need to learn how to interact with other people instead of screaming and yelling at them and belittle in them. I know Randy is a very nice guy, but it's who he has working for him. I'm very disappointed in this. I end up leaving without getting paid for my steal because I was so disgusted. They could've handled it much better and so can I you don't yell and scream at people they said they tried to get my attention, but I did not hear them, but they need to have people directing where to go. It doesn't matter if I've been there before and treat people much better. I'm so disgusted about this. Makes me not wanna run a scrap business specially if I have to deal with behavior like this! After they yelled and screamed at me, that's when I cursed at them because I need to stand up for myself if they would've had people directing people where to go I probably wouldn't have made that mistake, but they were the ones who started screaming at me first! Whether who's right or who wrong you don't yell and scream at somebody ! I'm sorry for my part but they shouldn't have yelled and screamed at me and things would've been much better. Their rates are awful, by almost a whole dollar less than the local competitors. Go to one of the competitors instead, the madness at those places is well worth the price they pay out, especially when we are talking up to double the price!
