The technician who did my fingerprints was very pleasant and a joy to talk to. She was so laid back and made the process seem like a breeze. If you ever need fingerprints done for anything, I'd highly suggest coming here if you live in the Henderson area. They charged $68 for the services, and I guess I am ok with that. The technician explained why I had to get fingerprints again despite the fact I had done it before and people's fingerprints do not change unless something tragic happens to their fingers either on accident or on purpose, but I kind of understand their thought process.

I thought that was a bit pricey but then I noticed there was a small star at the bottom indicating they had surcharges, gas up charges and additional fees. When I asked what those were the sales rep said an additional 30% of the total cost?!!! Talk about hiding fees and over charging! That would have been $455 for 25 boxes. I found another service that was going to charge me $150 for 25 boxes. I ended up having a lot more boxes than I thought and they still only charged me $250 total. I would have paid well over $500 for the same service with Shred-it. The other company is certified and gave me a destruction certificate on-site. I cannot believe how much more expensive Shred-it was. Talk about gouging the customer and taking advantage of a terrible economy and passing on high gas prices. I will never use Shred-it again.
