Beware! I shipped a computer to my son out of state at Mail for You and purchased insurance. He received the computer and the case was completely beat up. We tried to file a claim with FedEx and were advised that because we shipped with Mail for You that they had to file our claim. Mail for You gave no instructions at purchase that we needed to take pictures of the box once it arrived. We only took pics of the damaged computer. It has been months and we have been following up regularly and our claim was denied because we did not have the box pictures. Super disappointed In the lack of instructions given at time of purchase, the lack of transparency that mail for you now served as our only way to file a claim and mail for you's lack of support and follow up. Just go to an actual FedEx or ups store instead. read more

Went into this location today and the rudest elderly looking man working the front desk was no help at all. He was unprofessional, demeaning and a very unhappy person.... He was trying to over talk me instead of trying to assist with my MISSING PACKAGE. STAY AWAY FROM HERE BECAUSE NOW I THINK HE'S PROBABLY KEEPING PACKAGES if you hadn't signed a certain form.
