She explained that the person picking up the bags would determine the actual price based on the size. The pickup was scheduled between 1pm-3p same day. I was very happy about that. The driver, Daryl arrived on time and was very helpful. He emptied the bags into the barrel and wrote up the sales receipt. He did a great job, nice guy, the bags were very heavy. I paid the invoice at the time of service. In December of 2024 I received another invoice for shredding (which I did Not do). I called the company and they assured me that they would reverse the charges because they saw that I did not have another shred. Now March 2026 I received a collection call from a collection company saying I owed money. I called Shred it and they said I was undercharged in 2024. What is happening? This is ridiculous. This company does not have a good billing service.
