Pretty easy to work with. Scheduled a truck shredding appointment for 120 boxes and the driver came on time and called ahead to make sure someone was on-site. They gave me a nice bulk discount so it was cheaper than taking my boxes anywhere local like staples or ups so very good value. Highly recommend. read more

This is my third time using Shred City. They are very organized and have great customer service. Amber was the first contact, very friendly and connected me to Rita. Rita answered my questions about scheduling an appointment in Fremont and estimated prices for my four large bags of documents. She explained that the person picking up the bags would determine the actual price based on the size. The pickup was scheduled between 1pm-3p same day. I was very happy about that. The driver, Daryl arrived on time and was very helpful. He emptied the bags into the barrel and wrote up the sales receipt. He did a great job, nice guy, the bags were very heavy. I would have felt better if my items were shredded in my presence . I called ahead of time and asked if items would be shredded in my presence and I was told they would . When I get there a young lady asked for my box and said that it would be put somewhere until the drivers got there . Given what I was told on the phone, that did not sit well with me as I would have preferred the items being shredded in my presence and not left for later. For me , handing over sensitive information would have felt better if the documents were shredded in my presence . I am not saying bad things about the vendor but I am just pointing out how to improve the user experience. read more

I have nothing but incredible things to say about this company. The person that helped me through everything was Seth. He went above and beyond throughout this entire process. He set everything up for me and walked me through the entire process of how his services work. He answered all of my questions promptly and directly.
