I called to schedule a document destruction service for my work place (Medical Office) and got an appointment for Friday 4/30/21 and the time window was 9 am to 12 noon. Oliver, the driver called me at 11:30 am when he arrived at the parking lot. The shredding process was very smooth and Oliver was a very guy. Just returned from using Shred Source. Great experience. They come to you or you can bring your shredding to them. I only had nine boxes of paper documents so it was cheaper for me to come to them. You can stand next to their truck and watch the shredding done which was important to me. If you go to their site in Sun Valley, call and ask for specifics on how to find them as they are tucked away in the back of a building and cannot be seen from the street. They were reasonably priced and the folks I dealt with were super nice. read more

As a retired CPA, I needed to have old client filed shredded at my residence. Shred Source arrived promptly, hauled my 44 Bankers boxes out to their truck and shredded them immediately. Apparently, they would have been willing to take all my files from the file cabinets directly to their bins, hanging file folders, Acco fasteners, paper clips, and binder clips included, if I had needed that service. They said that the only thing they do not handle are 3 ring binders. I plan to use them for my next batch of files, as well as disks, Zip disks & oud hard drives. read more

They were the second best quote out of the six places I called for on-site shredding and even offered a 10% Yelp discount. You must call a couple days ahead if you need shredding. They offer onsite shredding for more, but you can still lug your bags of paperwork litter to them to shred your confidential material which is offered mid afternoon (3pm when their trucks return to the office). Glad I found this place. Dont want to reveal their pricing because it's not published.
