It doesn't get much simpler than paper cuts! I called, made an appointment and showed up to a warehouse where two guys helped me unload the boxes from my vehicle. We brought them inside and loaded them into the blue dragon, a.k.a. their industrial sized shredder! There's a little viewing window so you can watch them dumping everything into the shredder and then you watch it roll up the conveyor belt until it gets pulpified. Watching does incur a small fee, but my husband was insistent I observe the destruction of some important documents so it only took a few minutes. I think I had around 11 boxes and it was $75 including including the observation fee. I also received a certificate of destruction. I went into the office to pay, and it was pretty cute. They have shredded material inspired artwork hanging on the walls. I appreciated the nod to their industry. I would definitely recommend this business. It was so simple and easy! read more

I read the outstanding reviews for Paper Cuts when I was looking for a paper shredding service where I could watch the destruction of my paper documents. After calling and making an appointment to bring in my 5 banker boxes I was quoted $60. I showed up on time to be greeted by Amanda and another employee who happily unloaded the 5 boxes out of my car.
