Purchased a vaporizer from here. The price was average but the service really wasn't that helpful. I wanted to know which type was better and more details as I just quit smoking cigarettes and wanted a distraction. I pretty much went with a basic model...wish I was guided towards a nicer model. I came in there the day I turned 21, my literal birthday and asked for tobacco juul pods. There is a woman, elderly, sitting behind the desk. I show her my ID, and inform her that I have to wait for the orientation change in the ID to come in the mail, as it was my birthday I just turned 21 but regardless I am 21. She rejects and says "get out I am not selling to you" I said "excuse me?!" She says she will not sell to me because I am not 21 that I have to come tomorrow. I asked her if it is a law? She said yes she has papers... okay where? She didn't pull them out. To avoid getting over heated I send my boyfriend in there and mind you he is 24 years old. She declined him because his name wasn't on my debit card. What the fuck lady. She knew exactly what she was doing and honestly she just shouldn't be behind the register if she doesn't understand English. Seriously. This is my go to vape shop Joseph that USE to work there was absolutely great! Nick is also GREAT!!! But when I go there now neither of them are never there which is fine they are probably busy. The problem I have is the woman that is there is so NASTY! Every time I walk in there and I see her I get upset because I don't get the experience that I'm looking for or if I have a question she never knows the answer. I just bought a free max tank and bought like three coils so I really just been going for juice recently I bought a coil for my free max and for some reason it did not hit the way it was before so I sucked it up and used it till the coil went out I went back and asked for new coils and I asked her if all coils are the same she told me yes so I bought a whole pack when I went back to my car I notice she has been giving temperature coils I don't use those I use wattage coils so I went back and asked her if she could swap it because it's the wrong one and she gets nasty with me and say no cause I opened the box already I ASKED! Her if all the coils are the same and she said yes they are but they are not she grabbed the coils from my hand and threw them on the counter and gave me the right one. Look I love this place Nick and Joseph are great and VERY VERY VERY VERY knowledgeable they need to get some one that knows what they doing in the morning time cause that woman is gonna crush nicks business. read more

Probably the worst customer service I've experienced in any vape shop. I should've left when the sign on the door read "be back in 5 minutes" I walk in and the lady is helping one customer and then proceeds to charge another customer for some items. After that, I asked, can I just get to bottles of juice? She replied, you have to wait! With a nasty attitude. So I asked her, wait for what? She then tells me I have to wait until she's done tending to the other customers in the store. I asked her if I was a customer and she said her manager told her not to worry about the vape shop, that the other customers need to be taken care of. This is either one store or 2 and if it is two stores then the vape shop shouldn't have a dam open sign on the window. Your employee attitude sucks and your customer service SUCKS! read more
