I had everything planned out for the placement of the spa. Todd reviewed my plans and verified. The installation went well! I have rusty well water at my home. Todd was willing to tackle this huge problem. He has spent countless hours giving me tips on how to bring down my PH level, alleviate foam, and clarify the water. This is the best the water in my Royal Spa has ever looked. I absolutely love my Royal Spa. I've especially enjoyed relaxing in it with Epsom salts for a perfect soak! They honored a minor repair under warranty with no issues and chased down another problem that turned out to be the electrical contractors fault. Would buy my spa again from Tim. Delivery did not go the smoothest as my one point of criticism. I talked directly to Tim about it so my complaint wasn't blown off or anything like that. Pro tip: know in advance what direction you want your spa cover lift to go and which direction you want your service panel to go. Go through the manual's installation manual to make sure all steps have been done including closing a drain port in the motor. You're gonna have a bad time if someone decides for you or forgot a step.
