I then contacted him a 3rd time later in the afternoon to confirm the work was completed (4:58 PM), and he then asked if it could be done the next day (today). I had to take the initiative to communicate with him the entire time to get answers. Unfortunately, I don't think this is a reliable plumber and I would not recommend. Note- this was a very easy / fast job that needed to be done on Thursday (turning water on).

In a hostage situation with this company and cannot get these jerks to pick up their equipment and bottles out of our condo hallway for over a month. Communication is garbage. Absolutely unreal, incompetence.
