Damage was severe enough that the car had to be towed. Fortunately, no one was injured. Fast forward roughly four weeks and I reclaimed my car today. It was exactly what I expected: impeccably repaired with a paint job--thanks to master painter and WBS owner Danny Avalos, Jr.--that matched the original finish perfectly. While four weeks seemed overly long, my insurance company's adjustor and appraiser were responsible for most of the delay. Throughout the process, shop manager Eric Villa keep me apprised. He was willing to wrestle with the other owner's insurance company to get the complicate, multi-panel repair done at a price that worked for me. He also provided service after the initial work, in that he had to order a small part not related to the accident. The best part? Terrific communication!
