Based on this experience, I would not recommend doing business with him. I would not recommend buying a battery from this guy or having him install it. When the battery failed after only three months, it should have been replaced for free under warranty. However, because Scotty purchased it under his account, Advance Auto wouldn't replace it for me. Even though I had already removed the bad battery myself, he still tried to charge me $122 just to install the replacement. His solution to fixing your problem right the first time (His Slogan) is to do it over and over and over again, all the while charging you more and more and more money and still not fixing the problem. He had the vehicle for almost 3 months, charged approximately 2,500 and never fix the problem and never returned all of the parts that he supposedly replaced and didn't get permission on some repairs that he supposedly did make. BEWARE !!!
