Upon reaching the place, I was told that my appointment was "cancelled automatically by their booking system". How does this even happen? The lady at the store that if I chose to continue with the appointment and if someone came in, they'd leave my service mid-way and attend to the new client. How is this place even working with such shoddy business practices??? Why provide reservation options when the place will cancel an hour before?? Or why not have enough staff to ensure bookings are fulfilled? Found a much better and honest salon in this area.

She operates by appointment so your time is yours. She was very welcoming and took her time shaping my brows. She also finished with a quick cool forehead massage. What I liked the most was that she left me with brows! I have very thin brows and most threaders take off too much with no real shape. However I was pleased to see that my brows actually looked fuller with a beautiful shape I could easily fill in. I highly recommend Neelu's services!

This is something I now expect when I come, and I am just waiting for another salon to open nearby so I can go there instead. Additionally, the regular employees have much attitude with certain customers, and ALWAYS stare at the screen when I am paying, to see if I will tip, and have attitude when I do not.
