Unfortunately, the installer left my home in a shocking state. I was in a meeting when they finished, so I only gave a quick glance and thought everything looked fine. Later, when I inspected more closely, I was stunned by the mess left behind. It was unacceptable and very disappointing to have to clean up after a professional installation. Great carpet and decent workmanship, but the lack of respect for my home and cleanup was incredibly frustrating.

He gave me a Reasonable quote. The owners nephew (Matt) came, and took pictures of all the clogged vents, and showed me the pictures afterwards. All vents are cleaned, and he de-clogged our dryer vent. Afterwards, they readjusted the quote, Because many of our vents were Floor based, which takes less work to remove. I highly recommend them for duct work, and they will will be resurfacing our hard wood floors. I'll give another review upon completion if that work. Very pleased with there response and service.

I spoke to multiple representatives already. I spoke to the Mayslanding store manager August (who…read moreseems very helpful advocating for me), customer service representative (who could not wait to get off the phone with me and who could care less about my problems) and project Manager ( who is working the matter at the moment and seems like he will fix these issues). I believe we are getting somewhere to resolve my issues. Issues: 1. Shoe molding in kitchen, sloppy and a mess, no new toe kicks were installed to make everything level and even. 2. Front door shoe molding uneven sloppy. 3. House was left a total mess with dirt, salt from snow, dust, caulk left all over. I had to go around scraping caulk up off the floor for hours. 4. Nail spots all over trim not caulked or wood filled. 5. Closet door taken off to put floor trim in the closet, trim was never cut to leave a gap to be able to close the door. Installer advised either someone's has to cut the trim or cut the door and never reinstalled my closet door. 6. I was under the impression I would receive new modern square air vents to match the floor. On day the installation was complete, I texted my estimator to ask where the air vents were cause I never asked to have them taken off the quote. Apparently he never added the air vents to the overall project. How am I suppose to know that. Great time to find out after installation is complete. The customer service agent I spoke with advised me if I wanted them I can pay for them to receive them. 7. I was told my by estimator that I would receive some type of molding around my fireplace, no molding was ever installed. 8. Never received an itemized quote, I asked multiple times so I knew exactly what I was getting and paying for. Now here we are after Avalon received my 13 thousand dollars, I am not receiving things I was under the assumption I would receive.l and they are asking for more money to receive my air vents. 8. I Came to Avalon flooring knowing they stand by their name and expect nothing but perfection on their job sites. The day of installation I come to find out it's a third party doing the installation. ASAP Flooring did the job not Avalon I will update this post as and if any repair work gets complete. I would never bash a store who does the right thing and fixes their mistakes. Like I said previously I think we are heading in the right direction so far.

Took some samples home but they didn't feel right. So when they came out to take measurements Jennifer sent out some other samples and I knew immediately the one!!! Beautiful macaron color with a diamond pattern in it. It's perfect. Measuring went great, didn't wait too long for it to come in and it was installed by a great two man crew. Exactly how we wanted it. It has totally changed the feeling of the front foyer. We're so happy with how quick and efficient everything was done. We will definitely be back for some other flooring or carpet. Price was decent and fair for the brand.

Do not be fooled by the positive reviews…read more They advertise a "21-point cleaning checklist," yet many basic items--things that had been cleaned previously during a regular cleaning--were not touched at all. We paid for an extremely expensive deep cleaning, and the results were completely unacceptable. They sent four people to the house, yet upon inspection, large portions of the home were still dusty, dirty, and clearly ignored. Several surfaces were visibly covered in dust. This was not a deep clean by any definition. They removed trash from the cans but did not replace any trash bags, despite specifically asking us to provide them ahead of time. That alone shows a lack of attention to detail. Even more concerning, we completed their pre-cleaning form and explicitly requested extra care around the computers in our home. This request was completely ignored. The floors were over-mopped, causing water damage that short-circuited a computer, resulting in $150 out of pocket for a replacement part. After I raised these concerns, the company reached out and offered a partial refund, acknowledging there were issues. However, the refund was never issued, and they never followed up or contacted me again. This lack of accountability only added to an already frustrating experience. Between the missed areas, careless work, damage caused, and a refund that was promised but never delivered, their claims feel misleading at best and dishonest at worst. I am deeply disappointed and do not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are considering a deep cleaning or have valuable items in your home.
