It has been very effective and I feel better and more flexible than I have felt in over a year. I also went to NovaCare in the past for frozen shoulder problems and a neck problem. Jennifer, Nicole, and Tim helped me with those issues and their care was always excellent, professional, and caring. I always feel very comfortable at this facility and welcomed by everyone. My left arm had shooting pain from the pinched nerves and I lost feeling in 3 of my fingers. I couldn't lay or sit and paced my house for 23 hours occasionally resting in the corners of my living room. After 7 days, 2 "passing-out's" from the pain, 4 ER trips (1 by Ambulance) and 4 dismissive "Doctors" who told me to go home and "relax," (1 prescribed 6 Valiums and a 5 day treatment of steroids) my neighbor found me collapsed on my front porch. He recommended seeking help from Dr. Rob. In 2020, I was trying to stretch out a kink in my back and managed to throw out my back! I could…read morebarely breathe and walking was miserable. I called them after a search of yelp reviews and they were able to get me in right away. They "threw the kitchen sink at me" and within a week I was able to move with freedom and carry most objects with a moderate level of discomfort. By the end of the following week, my pain was pretty much gone, and by the week after I was back on track with my workouts and job demands. The office is clean, professional, kind, and incredibly productive! My insurance has a bit of a high deductible, so I eventually had to cut back on the extra treatments being suggested/offered. But the adjustments were always spot on, regardless of which provider I was seeing. Fast-forward two years later and an ongoing neck issue (that I have been ignoring) has begun to cause constant headaches and migraines. I called them and they offered an appointment within an hour of my call! Due to my schedule conflicts, I had an appointment to see them two days later with a wicked migraine. Astonishingly I left much better after a session of dry needling, ultrasound treatment, and possibly the best adjustment i have ever had! By the time I took 800mg of ibuprofen, I felt like new. Therapy was painful at the beginning, but Savleen was always encouraging and so kind and patient. She was comforting through my pain and talked me through some difficult moments. She gave me exercises to do at home on the days I didn't attend PT. Two weeks out from surgery and I have just about regained full mobility and am so grateful for the entire staff. Appointments were easy to make and the girls who work at the front desk were helpful in figuring out an insurance issue and making my frequent appointments. I was able to come to therapy after work, so scheduling was convenient. I can definitely recommend Towson PT.
