Jared was always so prompt, professional, and informative when I worked with him to get our plumbing fixed. Not only did he call me back when he said he would, he would also follow up quickly if any of the times changed for the team to come out (which they only did once by 30 minutes). Jordan spent a whole day at our house fixing our septic issue and during these crazy times of COVID he made sure to wear a mask, gloves, and sanitize everything thoroughly. TOR gave me an estimate, which seemed reasonable, I accepted the estimate, and work was scheduled. The office staff made arrangements with the power company and the city for power to the house to be off for the day so the work could be done. Four professional, friendly TOR employees arrived and began their work on time. They seemed to work well together as a team and all seemed fully competent and well trained. They had the inspector come after they had removed the old panel and had started installing the new panel. The inspector did his work, chatted with the TOR guys for a few minutes, then gave his okay and left. The TOR guys finished their work on the panel, then inspected inside the house to be sure all of the outlets were correct - all had covers, all near sinks had "safety" outlets, etc. They took care of everything on the checklist. After all the work was completed, the inspector returned to give final approval and the power was turned back on. The whole project took about 6-7 hours. TOR went above and beyond, when I requested they add a hot tub hookup. Everyone I came in contact with from TOR did a great job, from office staff to the guy checking the electric outlets. They were professional and helpful, answering all my questions. They charged me the exact amount of the original estimate. I'm very happy with the work they did. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for any residential electrical services. Great job!
