Lucy (the owner) responded promptly, especially on a holiday weekend! The price was reasonable and I scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Lucy kept me informed about her estimated time of arrival. She arrived on time. Upon reviewing the problem with my shades, she recommended a chain instead of a replacement cord. She explained the chain would last longer. The installation didn't take long and I was very happy with the results! Lucy was friendly and so easy to work with! I highly recommend her.

I did have to wait a few days, but Lucy came when she said she would. It turns out the mechanism in my Roman wood shade was the problem. It was broken and they no longer manufacture that type. She asked me if I would be interested in having her fix it with a pull string. I definitely was because it saved me a lot of money and hassle. It looks good and works well. She also repaired a disconnected shutter slat on my plantation shutter and gave me a one year warranty on both jobs. She did the work for the amount quoted and was pleasant and professional. The repair was not cheap, but it was reasonable and I'm happy. I won't hesitate to call Lucy back if/when I need other window covering repaired.
