Pickup was about 20 minutes outside of Bend and they dropped us off downtown. Booked an airport ride from Redmond airport to Sunriver resort with this company. My flight was delayed by 3 hours. Laura was extremely accommodating and understanding and there were no issues picking me up at the airport at midnight! I was able to text her updates and she responded immediately. I was so impressed that I hired them again to take me to the airport on my return flight home a week later. I highly recommend using this transport service when you are in the Sunriver area and need a ride to or from the airport or even if you don't want to rent a car and just want to go somewhere for the day. I arrived at Redmond Airport at midnight and didn't really plan my transportation into Bend. My manager who used to live there said there would be Lyfts, but there weren't any and many shuttles and taxi services were already booked for the night. I called Sunriver and Laura answered offering to pick me up but it would be 40 mins. I ended up finding a cab close by but Laura followed up with me to make sure I made it safely. I decided to book them on my way back to RMD and David was so friendly and we had great conversation. Highly recommend this service if you are in the area. I called Sunriver Towncar as I needed a ride to work. The quick response was great and they are beyond accommodating. David was on time, kept me updated when he arrived, and was really enjoyable to talk with during the ride from Sunriver to Bend. He's a very safe driver and I went from using them 1 day to 3 days. I can tell you the customer service is unbelievable and I highly recommend them. I also had the pleasure of meeting his wife and daughter also and they were just as nice. This shuttle service was absolutely incredible. They were able to squeeze us in last minute after we found out our Christmas Eve shuttle reservation had been double booked by another company. We found ourselves with 8 people who already had lift tickets purchased for their "Big Christmas Trip" and no way to get there with all of the COVID-19 parking limitations. Quick to get back to you and reliable. Getting an Uber or Lyft takes a long time in Sunriver and I had to catch an early morning flight in Bend about an hour away so I needed something reliable. With less than a 24 hour notice, Laura and her husband confirmed that they could pick me up and arrived early. I recommend using them for your transportation needs! read more

Recently used Sunriver Towncar and Tours for our visit to the Sunriver Resort. I absolutely would not hesitate to use them again next time in town. They were simply the best, very accommodating, extremely nice, funny and very safe drivers. Not only did I use them for an airport pickup and return but also to take me several times to different places in the surrounding area. Not once did Dave or Laura say they could not accommodate our request even though it was at the spur of the moment. They both are very professional but also very likeable. Their prices are extremely reasonable and I honestly felt they truly wanted to make our trip as memorable as possible so did all they could to accommodate our requests. My suggestion is if you plan to visit Sunriver or bend, OR in the future, look no further if you want the best experience at a great price. I know for sure I will use them again without hesitation.
