They had to do x rays again and I was seen by a woman names Emily who was very nice but I don't think she worked in that office so it seemed she was a little clueless when it came to doing the x rays - the wire kept getting in the way of the pictures , it wasn't a smooth process so at this point I'm a little upset that this was taking so long . Again, she's very sweet , but she has a heavy Spanish accent and while wearing the face mask I could only understand half of what she is saying . After the x rays I go into the exam room and she is doing the measurements of my gums and I was told I wasn't loading enough and need to use water flossing. Which okay yes that's good advice - but the she asked me about braces and said my brances had affected my teeth negatively and I have literally never heard that. I had braces 20 years ago.. The cleaning hurt, the irrigation she did was painful on my sensitive teeth and I didn't know that was included in the cleaning but I went with it because they're the experts right ? Overall just a little poked and prodded more than usual which is not really what I was expecting from a dentistry I liked. The main dentist came in and called me by the wrong name . She examined me for 60 seconds and said everything was okay. Emily continued the cleaning . She put on the fluoride and then I was out by 540ish. I go to the front desk and they told me it was 78.00. I said what is that for ? She said you got the irrigation and fluoride right ? I was like I guess ? And she's like that's why there is a cost . I told the women next time , can the person cleaning my teeth let me know what they're doing so I can decline services? She's like , in the future just let them know that you don't want those services ... WHAT?! So it's my fault , I didn't stop her from doing the procedures ? Like I was supposed to know exactly what she was doing and what was covered . No, I won't be returning .

Every time I came in they were pushing to get my wisdom teeth removed which I kindly declined. But everytime they insisted it's better to remove it now than when I am old because I can break my jaw in old age. They use alot of scare tactics. But I had my Invisalign done at another office and essentially asked the orthodontist his thoughts on wisdom tooth removal because I don't have any issues or pain. He literally said, I wouldn't recommend it because your teeth has hooks at the bottom (all teeth does), but mine were right by a nerve. And if I do a wisdom tooth removal I risk damaging the nerve and lose feeling in my mouth for the rest of my life. I'm in my late 20s btw. I told the dentist this, and she thought I wouldn't recommend finally agree with her but the only reason she stopped asking is when I shared that risk. It was never brought up again. Goes to show you the focus was the money being made on the wisdom tooth removal than ensuring I actually needed it. Also they have added a new process where you sign your medical rights away to the dentist. So basically even if you deny a procedure for whatever reason, the dentist can bypass your denial and go ahead with the procedure regardless if you can afford it or not because these procedures aren't covered by insurance. And when you disagree with them, you feel the anger in how they clean your teeth. The last time I went the hygienist was so rough and didn't even clean my teeth right and left my mouth all dirty with the cleaning materials they use. That was the last time I went there. Never again. The reviews on Google are all inflated and a lie. My husband wanted to stop going sooner, but I kept giving them chances to my own detriment, hoping that they would do the right thing.

It required an eight hour neck surgery and 33 radiation treatments to stop the spread. Before you can have radiotherapy around your neck and head, you cannot have any dental problems such as teeth with large fillings, fractures, cavities, significant occlusal wear or gum disease. Dr Terezides was professional and experienced. After his detailed analysis, he performed oral surgery that removed a number of teeth, scraped the jaw bones and sutured the gums. The ENT surgeon and oncology radiotherapy physicians inspected his work and all said it was a first class procedure he preformed. I was cleared to continue with the radiation. They quoted me a thousand dollars for my treatment with my insurance. A couple of weeks ago I rescheduled to have my teeth cleaned. When I got there today, they said they could not clean my teeth. I need to pay a thousand something to get the treatment before I can clean my teeth. I asked them can I just get clean without getting the treatment done. They say no.
