That being said, this experience has been wonderful. The office is clean and welcoming and they have a rug that reminds me of Cookie Monster fur (sorry that may be morbid haha). And when you go there for the first time they walk you through the entire office and show you the different machines and rooms and such. P we made my appointment for the end of the week which was surprising because I know this is an extremely busy office and the day of the appointment I was in and out in less than an hour which is crazy considering I was having a molar pulled. Because I don't have an issue with local anesthesia I didn't have to go under so I was fine to go home with pain meds ice and soft food. Although the original implant lab refused to adjust a customized crown for me, Dr. Rick tried his best to find another lab to customize the crown for my personal needs. It took three times of shipping-returning-adjusting process. But Dr. Rick always be patient to do it and explain details to me. I had no physical pain in the root of the tooth, but they insisted I had to get one. They even lost my X-ray. This did not sit right with me, and I went and got a second opinion. The second dentist told me I just needed a filling. I just got one done with them, and it was only 300$.
