Packaging for shipment no ice in there just paper

Ordered two 3-4lb lobsters ad 4 lbs of clams from them on Thursday. Product was shipped and arrived at my house on Friday around noon. I opened the package and one lobster was allready dead and the other one died the next day, they certainly didn't appear to be 3-4lb lobsters, they looked like maybe 2 lb ones. There was NO ice included in the shipment, so its no wonder why they died. The clams were about a lb and not 4 lbs. I ordered through an email and paid with a credit card. I then tried to contact them with another e-mail, actually sent two of them, and have not received a response from them at all. Poor way to treat a customer. I paid for a product that I could not use when I received it and no effort was made by them to correct the issue in any way. Pretty sad that they treat an elderly customer with no respect, but they did keep the payment. Will never purchase from them again.

[762] My cousin ordered a ton of lobsters (live), seaweed, clams and crab legs for a lobster bake. She preordered and the order was ready when expected although I suggest a call saying "we are on our way" to make sure. Picked up some extra items as the items in the case looked very tasty. Tons of options in the freezer case. Looks like they do a ton of shipping. It's not a fancy place so you know you're coming here for the fresh seafood. Tons of lobster tanks which were cool and unique (to me). The lobsters were very tasty once cooked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loaded the product into our vehicle. Definitely be back.

Holy Lobster... if you want HUGE lobsters (7+ pounds each!) and a huge array of seafood galore, this is your stop. Note: they don't cook anything for you, but items can be shipped frozen as well! I would recommend this place, wholeheartedly, to anyone looking for high quality seafood. We had leftovers for days (rarely happens), and the claw meat alone with around 6 ounces which is unheard of. Any other place I have had lobster since, hasn't added up to even being nearly as close as Shyer's... 5/5 would go again, and again, and again... See picture below where the claw is larger than large Alaskan crab (gasp)

Picked up some lobster yesterday, hard shell, all about 1 3:4 lb. They were fantastic and full of neat.. the folks are are great also. My go to place for seafood when I'm in the area

Went here with my friends for some nice lobsters and honestly these were cooked perfectly. Some good sized lobsters and the inside of the place looks really cool, massive tank filled with lobsters.

Five and a half pounder. That out to get me through the weekend!

Their quality is better than anything you will get in a grocery store. This is a real fish market

Paid $11+ per pound for hard-shell lobsters and 3/4 of them were soft shells!!! We won't be going back.

There was only one other couple in the place. Several orders were picked up for takeout in my time there. I naturally tried the clam chowder. Very good. Nice and thick. A very generous portion of fish and chips was served along with coleslaw. The fish was in bite sized nuggets which make them easy to eat. The fish was fresh and tasty with a great complement of tartar sauce and malt vinegar. Coleslaw was on point. Steak fries were decent. This was night 3 of my 12 night stay for work. I will definitely come back to try the lobster roll.

Man, what a hole in the wall! I wanted some good old-fashioned New England clam chowder while I was…read morehere, and I searched and found this place. It wasn't much to look at, and the air conditioning was spotty on this exceptionally hot day, but I wanted a pint of New England clam chowder and by gosh. That's what I got! Not to mention a small shrimp cocktail - my only demerit was the shrimp cocktail was sitting in a bucket of ice. The bottom half was in the ice, which was good, but the top half was roasting away in the extraordinarily hot interior of the restaurant! I decided to take a chance and ordered that too. You know, it wasn't something special to look at. But? The taste? The clam chowder was epic! The shrimp cocktail wasn't too bad, but the shrimp were a little limp - the cocktail sauce was pretty good though. So was I impressed? Well, after having grown up in Seattle with great clam chowder? I think this clam chowder stood up very well to what I had as a child. But was it so special that I would come back? Maybe not - but damn it hit the right spot!

I am very impressed with the North Andover farmer's market (located next to the CVS plaza on Main…read moreStreet), including the number of organic options--organic meat, fruit, eggs, and vegetables. There is seafood, too, which is impressive. I stocked up on organic meats (fresh and frozen) from Eva's Farm. The steaktips that I ate last night were awesome! Tender and flavorful. This time I bought lemon/pepper chicken, bacon/cheddar burgers, rib eye, and strip steak. Buy one, get one FREE on frozen meat! The boneless rib eye was $19.54, and the T-bone steak was $19.45. So, I spent $19.54 for the two. We tried their frozen strip steak and it was tender and delicious. Julie's Happy Hens sells a variety of organic eggs from chickens, ducks, and turkeys. A sweet little old lady from Hickory Nut Farm sells all things made out of goat's milk. I didn't buy her cheese or yogurt today, but I bought her goat's milk soap, and goat's milk brownie (as gifts). I also bought delicious corn, tomatoes, cuke, arugula, blueberries, and donut peaches--including organic produce from Gaouette Farm. (Lots of other produce--ranging from kale to beets to watermelon to apples--are available.) One of my favorite vendors is a mushroom purveyor: Mycoterra Farm. The beautiful oyster and shitake mushrooms (coupled with farmer's cheese and organic tomatoes) made for a very tasty lunchtime sandwich. I will be back next Sunday (hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.), maybe to purchase some seafood or handmade scrubs and candles. Bakery items, jams, cheese, cereal, and other goodies are there, too.

Lots of great fresh veggies and fruit and organic meats too. Always entertainment and great to bring the kids. Thanks to all the sponsors and volunteers who made it happen!
