Dr Mitchell (psychologist) is, by far, the best therapist I have ever had. She's grounded, practical, and despite a heavy case load, was willing to add me on in a pinch when I was going through a personal crisis and needed therapy services. Dr Astrada (psychiatrist prescribing meds) is a sweet man, simple and straight forward. The office is beautiful, immaculately clean, and organized. The front desk staff always remember you and take the time to work with you. They do have issues answering the phones at times, but this is the nature of this type of organization. The volume of calls that come in are quite excessive (as observed by me in the waiting room and comparing to the clinic where I work), and sometimes calls cannot be returned right away. However, I have always gotten a call back promptly. I highly recommend this place and you'll love all of the mosaic artwork. Dr Mitchell ROCKS! :D

I have always shown up 10 min. prior to my appointment, and sometimes was left waiting for an hour to be seen. When I called to reschedule my appointment, I left 2 messages on that day. The following day, I called 4 times, leaving 3 messages. Still no one called me back. I used my daughter's phone and called and they answered on the 2nd ring to tell me to walk in the next day, and be there early b/c they only take 5 walk-ins. I have children, go to school, married and live on the other side of town. This is a complete hardship for me. I am changing counseling. I cannot believe this is a place to get therapy.

My therapist Ms. Dilworth made a huge impact on my life. I've shared things with her that I never shared with anyone. I've learned to love myself. Most of all I learned that the traumatic things that happened to me, weren't my fault. I couldn't and can't thank her enough for all she's done for me and my life. The care this treatment center provides is amazing and the relationships and community within the building are truly so special. They're extremely open, welcoming and caring. It's truly the epitome of a judgement free zone. Mountain Manor Treatment Center provides services and care to individuals, both minors and adults, who are and/or have struggled with addition. Typically drug related, at least from my experience with individuals I have worked with. So onto my issues I reached out to Divine counseling back in January for couple/marriage counseling. I did not hear anything back from Divine counseling after we have provided all of our insurance information things like that until I reached back out in the beginning of March to get us set up for our appointments. Here's what started the bigger portion of our problem with Divine counseling. The office is so unorganized and so uninformed that they set us up with the same therapist, which was not supposed to happen and we have yet to hear back about a couples therapist. It is now March 26 and I have heard nothing at all. I have been reaching out and touching bases with the office staff consistently and still nothing. This is the worst experience I've ever had when it came to obtaining therapy. I'm at the point now, where I do not want to receive services from Divine counseling and I will be appealing the co-pays for my insurance because they did not provide the service that was intended. Dv hotline tells abused women" there IS…read morehelp,call now" but the only help they give is 2 to 8 weeks of rest in shelter then they put you out with no where to go except they'll give you a tent or referral to local homeless shelter. There really isn't any help unless becoming homeless like we did almost a year ago is what you consider to be help.i watched 6 other families from there also be put out to homeless shelter its apparently the routine thing they do for poor abused women. The wealthy ones may find that short stay helpful bc gives them chance to find apartment but if you're broke they put you out to homeless shelter.i even got a job but had to quit bc I got off 2 hours after school bus dropped daughter off and wouldn't allow her to stay there while I worked and she's of legal age in md to be left alone,was11, now,12.weve been homeless since we went there in Nov before Thanksgiving 2025. I've reached out many times to update but still no help. Stop lying to women having g them escape only to become homeless. That's not help.were so depressed and lost and feel alone with no help and no end in sight of becoming homed again.it was a mistake to go there or to believe there was actually any help available. I would not recommend making an appointment with Dr. Vissing…read more I scheduled and appointment for myself to establish a new primary care physician Dr. Vissing came in, read from the history in my pre-registration form, did a physical, and asked if I had any issues and if I wanted bloodwork. No attempt to establish any type or patient/physician relationship. I described the only issue I have been having, and he prescribed me an anti-depressant because it would also help with my symptoms, although I'm not experiencing any of the symptoms associated with depression. Understandable that medicine can be used for treatment of other things. Totally irresponsible to prescribe me a new medication that is known to have side effects that can alter your brain chemistry and then tell me to schedule a follow-up in ONE YEAR. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the rest of the staff was fantastic

We've been with Clinical Associates since the mid '90's. I like my primary care physicians and the…read moreother specialists I've seen at the site. However, over the last 6 months, I have experienced MANY office communication problems. This is across the board with specialists and primary care physicians. The providers' staff DO NOT return phone calls or respond to messages. I had to physically walk into the back of my primary doctor's office, (without an appointment, and no one at the front desk) to get a referral for PT after calling four times with the request. The nurse was concerned she hadn't gotten the messages, and I showed her my call log to verify the contacts. This is just one example, we have had three other concerning encounters involving cancelled appointments (on their end), records not being forwarded to specialists outside the site, and an inability to schedule or reschedule appointments as no one returns our calls. Primary doctors and nurse practitioners retire or resign and there are no replacements, the existing doctors are stretched thin. We unfortunately, after 30+ years, will be looking for a location.
