Do not let this company take your money. I found them through a insurance policy agency and was told I would have a 0$ deductible for both me and my son. I paid $307.92 for me and my son on the spot, which included the enrollment fee (~$25). When I realized I had more coverage on our preexisting insurance policy, I tried to get a hold of them and all of the contact info I was sent via email was not valid. The number for the insurance broker isn't a real number and the billing department number goes straight to VM no matter the time of day saying it's out of office hours. I called the insurance agency back and was told I have to either pay off a $1500 deductible (which I never knew about) or switch to a plan with a 0$ deductible policy. I feel so dumb because I've never been scammed before. I had to dispute this transaction with my bank and it's been such a headache. Please save yourself and do not ever give this place your trust or money. Save yourself time and look on the BBB website! SO many others have a similar story like mine. The salesperson I spoke with sold me "temporary" insurance as if it was actual insurance. I spent the last six months trying to process just one claim, which is STILL not reimbursed. I went on a campaign for over a month calling upwards of 20 times trying to get a human being from the claims department to tell me what went wrong so that I could avoid future claims going unpaid. When I finally did get someone they assured me the error was on their end and that they would fix it. I have still not been paid. Thankfully my household has avoided any serious medical concerns in the past six months, but I'm still out at least $3000 in out of pocket costs in addition to the monthly amount paid for sick visits that will never be reimbursed. When I cancelled this policy just now and voiced this to the customer service representative he LAUGHED at me, and said that I "obviously chose the wrong doctors," and that's why they hadn't paid me. I had the representative that sold me the policy check each of my individual doctors before signing up, so that's just not on me. If you want to waste a lot of your time and end up effectively with no coverage then Sicurio health the right choice for you. read more

Plus when trying to purchase dental, and vision, 2 of my cards got declined for Fraud Alert. The insurance salesperson kept demanding, "Oh, let's just try another card. Sicuro Health sold me a health plan with Insurance carrier First Health Network, a Reliant Care Wellness Plan with plan sponsor The Vitamin Patch. The Plan Administrator is Merchant Benefit Administrator. I have searched for Ophthalmologists and Chiropractors. Not one Doctor out of 7 listed in their roster of participating physicians that I called takes this insurance. Further when I called Sicuro to confirm my coverages they got it wrong, and only after pressing them a 2nd and 3rd time did they confirm my correct coverages. Monica was helpful, but this company is a total cluster !@##. I am switching immediately to a well known insurance carrier. read more

I signed up for health insurance over the phone. They told me it covered vaccines. When I went to get a covid booster they put in my number and said I was not covered at a pharmacy. There was supposed to be a 30 days cancelation period with a free refund. I cancelled the insurance within 30 days but they refused my refund since I tried to use it to get the vaccine but was not able to. read more

I've only spoke to Eric once and that was during the initial sign up. Any time I had a problem finding a doctor or specialist or dentist that took the insurance or for any issue I had Eric was never available and he never called me back to follow up on any questions I had. I wish I could give zero stars. I signed up for insurance, paid around 649$, tried to call all the providers on the insurance providers list through their website, none listed took my assigned insurance. Mind you, when signing up i was told my current drs take the insurance but that was incorrect. When i called customer service, the guy was trying to help me but didn't know why the drs offices were saying they didn't take it and told me to tell them to call them but non of the drs offices wanted to because they said they didn't take the insurance. After a full day of trying, i canceled the insurance, got a confirmation email that it was canceled. Also when canceling the lady was trying hard to argue with me saying i wasnt giving the drs office the right information. I told her I did give them the exact information and even took a picture of it to send but nobody took it. The insurance was First Health network. I called back that day to ask when i should receive my refund and the guy told me round 10 business days. Its been 29 days since Ive canceled so i called and let them know i have not received the refund. Each time i called (4x), i got hung up on then finally got through again and the woman told me that the insurance denied my request because someone ran the insurance. I told her i never was seen but was calling every drs office and maybe they ran to see if they took it. She told me that if the insurance was even ATTEMPTED then i couldn't get my refund. So i got scammed out of that money. She told me she would do another request for refund but thats all she could do. I will be seeking out legal council to see if that is correct and sadly if it is, just be aware!! Dont have any drs office run it to see anything, they will not give you a refund. I had a bad feeling from the start and this is a lesson learned. When speaking to Covered Ca, I told them what happened with this private insurance and the guy told me that he wouldn't recommend that type of insurance and to always go directly to insurance carrier such as Atena or Blue Shield etc. Please make this right! read more

Good morning,I've been trying to talk to someone about my Dental insurance that I've purchase last February. I've called several times trying to talk to a representative but .they always hung up on me when I was trying to tell them about my situation with this company. Ok I've had my supposedly Dental insurance since lady February I even call & ask a representative where can I use my insurance & thr representative said you can use it in Appomattox va, well I had an appointment on the 16th of January. I drove 30 mins, up there to find out I don't have Dental insurance .I said yes I do I pay 59.97 every month for my Dental insurance .one of the representative said know you have a discount card .I said know the hell I don't I have Dental insurance that I've been paying for every since last February. I ask for my Dental insurance card they tell me to go to my email. I stated I don't have time to go to know email I need my Dental care..I won't my money back I have to find me a legit Dental insurance not know dame scam like yall are .& I'm also going on Channel 8 New this week if I don't hear anything from this company.
