I'd love to say five stars but the parking situation here is well out of hand. I don't know if…read morethey're building another parking deck anytime soon but it was absolutely nuts. I watched people getting off the elevator for over 90 minutes before I was finally able to follow someone to a space they were leaving. Yowza. We had two visits here within a week. One was a simple biopsy. The later was an extended stay in the Neuro ICU. Don't worry, everyone's fine now. The nursing staff was over the top welcoming, helpful, caring and friendly. Especially the nurse who spotted my brother and I in my Dad's room after he went back for his procedure and walked us over to the area so we could be with him before he went back for it. And just everyone was super nice. I wouldn't want to spent multiple days here again but if there's a nicer hospital in South Florida, I can't find it. If I could give this zero stars, I would . I took my three-month-old baby to Baptist Health,…read moreformerly Boca Regional Hospital, because she had a high fever, swollen eyes, and hadn't eaten in over 10 hours. As a terrified parent, I expected proper care and honesty. Instead, I got misinformation, misdiagnosis, and an avoidable financial burden. At no point during check-in or triage did anyone mention that this hospital does not treat pediatric patients. That critical fact was only brought up after we had already been taken to the back and tests were started. They performed a nasal swab and collected barely a drop of urine, then told me my baby had a urinary tract infection. They discharged us with medication and assured me she was fine. Within less than 24 hours, my baby's condition got much worse. I had to rush her to another hospital, where she was immediately admitted for severe dehydration, a GI virus, and rhinovirus. The doctors there confirmed that Baptist Health completely misdiagnosed my baby. A UTI cannot be confirmed on-site -- urine must be sent to a lab, which takes at least 24 hours. To make matters worse, Baptist Health didn't even have the capability to give a baby IV fluids or perform basic bloodwork -- things that any hospital should be able to do for an infant in distress. I've never heard of a hospital that can't even provide IVs or bloodwork for a sick baby. Because of their negligence and failure to communicate, I am now stuck paying two $250 co-pays -- one for Baptist Health (Boca Regional) and another for the hospital that actually treated my baby properly. Had they simply told me up front that they don't treat pediatric patients, I would have taken my baby elsewhere and avoided both the misdiagnosis and the added expense. This experience was heartbreaking, infuriating, and completely unacceptable. No parent should have to go through this -- scared, misled, and paying for inadequate care. If you have a child, do not take them to Baptist Health (formerly Boca Regional Hospital). Go to a hospital that actually has the proper pediatric resources and staff to care for your baby safely.

Observations over a longitudinal period of thirty years suggest a significant regression in the facility's adherence to the 'Patient's Bill of Rights.' During a recent period of acute physiological distress, the nursing staff demonstrated an alarming degree of interpersonal hostility and professional apathy. Furthermore, there appears to be a systemic failure in resource allocation; a surplus of personnel at the central nursing station remained disengaged from patient care despite high volume, suggesting a breakdown in clinical leadership. The absence of rigorous institutional oversight in Palm Beach County has allowed for a substandard care environment that fails to meet contemporary Western biomedical benchmarks for safety and service quality. The entire ER nursing staff and supervisor on duty the night of Jan 12th 2026 should be terminated " Stay Far Away !!!!!

He listened carefully, asked what I needed, and acted quickly. I have a rare disorder, and after living with it for 17 years, it's unfortunately uncommon to find a doctor who both understands and follows through. Dr. Feliciano did exactly that--he listened, respected my input, and responded promptly with care. After a very difficult hospital experience over the weekend, this visit was a complete contrast. Every single person I interacted with was kind, respectful, and treated me like a human being--not just another patient. I left feeling heard, supported, and with clear answers. I also now know which specialist to follow up with for some new symptoms, which gave me a sense of direction and relief. I'm very grateful for the level of care and compassion I received here.

I am still traumatized over what happened to my Mom in this facility & Vitas hospice on the 3rd…read morefloor. I have nightmares about my Mom, my most precious person & how I couldn't protect her from the things that happened to her here. My Mom fell at home and: 1. Hospital did Not give Mom anxiety meds which I specifially told them she was a Memory Care patient and needs meds at 9am, 2pm, 9pm. or somewhere close to those hours. I kept asking why she was constantly anxious, trying to tear her tubing out and crying and moaning for hours at a time for WEEKS. I finally figured out they were piling ALL her afternoon meds with her night time meds together so she was sleeping great through the night (I guess so Night shift didn't have to do extra work) Mom clawed two new wounds on her hand and her leg during this time because of their neglect in giving her her afternoon anxiety meds. 2. The Case Workers discharged Mom to an inapproproiate facility for her needs (she needed Memory care) and the facility they sent her to was NOT for memory care pts. They also didn't fax over her Meds list so Mom was trying to hop out of bed and create more wounds while I was in the hallway trying to get a hold of someone at Broward to send over her Meds List and my little sister was by her side trying to keep her from tearing off dressings and hopping out of bed. After 3 hours of this mess I took Mom back to hospital by ambulance. It wa 18 hours in the ER and Mom had to get all the same tubes put in that she just had taken out hours ago! She was so traumatized that she fought off 2 women trying to put in IV's in her arms. They called in a surgeon to put an IV into her neck and Mom told the surgeon this was bullshi_ and she screamed at him. This wa so traumatizing for me to watch my Mom in fear and being traumatized all over again, and Unnecessarily. It was 36 hours for me being in the same clothes and I almost couldnt' drive myself home. 3. I ended up sending Mom to the Vitas 3rd floor of the hospital where they gave her the wrong medication once and almost a second time (I was there the second time and caught it) I had told the Dr in person on the phone and also documented it in Mom's MyChart that she wanted Dilautid, not morphine. But I guess they don't read here and gave her morphine anyhow, I think they give it to everyone by default. Morphine mummifies you from the inside out and the first time I caught it was after work and I asked What happened to Mom? She looked like she had a stroke? I asked what meds they gave her and made them pull it up and sure enough, they gave her the wrong meds. 4. There is only one case manager on the Vitas 3rd floor-her name is Florence Davidson and she is a complete MONSTER. She actually came in one day and told Mom that she owned a lot of money, was in big trouble and attorneys were coming after her. What kind of monster says this to someone in hospice? Florence plays word games and tried to kick all the hospice patients out of there before Thanksgiving so they don't have to pay employees overtime. And she was successful at this and cleared out the whole wing... except for Mom and another man, because I didn't buy her BS. She told me "We need the rooms for other patients and your Mom doesn't DESERVE to be in here...." What? There was at least 7 open beds on the wing as I was there for 3-9 hours every single day. Florence just lies to get people to leave. When they don't leave, they force your loved one into an ambulance to a disgusting facility that I didn't have any knowledge about or give permission-transferred my Mom without my permission. Can you imagine how I felt when my Mom, my most precious person who now has a 4 inch hole in her sacrum was transferred without my permission? I blew a gasket on the phone when they called to inform me that Mom was in an ambulance - I demanded to know where she was right then and there and I got a response "probably on the interstate somewhere". I hauled A over to Broward and before I could even open my mouth they called SECURITY, on me. Florence has obviously done this many times to patients and to add insult to injury after she commits these inhumane acts on patients she has the gall and the nerve to call Security on me?? I hope there is a special place in hell for Florence and the same goes for the nurses who repeatedly did Not give my Mom her anxiety meds in the afternoon. Mom was dying and Boward had a choice to make this easy or hard for her - you made this Traumatic and anxiety-filled for both Mom and me. The one bright spot is Genny/Genivieve on the 3rd floor hospice unit - if everyone had the same attitude and work ethic that Genny has Moms and my experience would have turned out much differently. Mom died 3 months ago and I still have nightmares and cry about what happened to her at this hospital/hospice. I was okay with Mom dying - I was NOT okay with her suffering so Unnecessarily and so repeatedly.
