Well, I did read reviews for Albert's before I went and they were good enough for me to try them out! Joe helped me and gave me a very reasonable quote to redo the back seat and touch up the J seat in the limo. It was pleated, so a little more work on them had to be done! Joe was very professional and the price was right but one big issue I had was the downtime of my limo. I can't pickup clients without seats, so Joe had to assure me that the seats would be done before the weekend. I had jobs booked all weekend, so I had to have the limo back before Friday. Joe told me he would put a rush on it and told me the seats would be done before the weekend. Dropped the seats off on Monday and Joe had them finished by Wednesday night! The seats came out great and most importantly, Joe kept his word! I will be using Albert's for any upholstery needs for any of my cars as well as highly recommend Albert's in the future to any of my family and friends. Now I have an Upholstery business that I can trust in the San Anton area!!

We have never had a vehicle that the headliner started to fall down, but that's what happened to…read morethis one. We asked our mechanic if they had any place they recommended to fix it, and this is where they sent us. I looked for them on Yelp, but they were not listed. So we called them and ended up talking to Cindy (the owner) on the phone. I set up an appointment and at that time took the vehicle in for her to appraise. Let me say that I was really impressed with her. We also met her husband, and he was just as likable as her. They examined the vehicle and gave us an estimate to repair it. The estimate seemed reasonable, and we agreed to have them do the repairs. We took the vehicle in on the agreed date and thought we would be picking it up the next day. However, Cindy's husband's parents both ended up in the hospital and that delayed the time schedule. That was completely unforeseen but understandable. They called us after a couple of days and said the vehicle was completed and ready to pick up. We were able to get there a little before closing to pick it up. We examined the work and thought they did a really good job. We paid for it and headed out into rush hour traffic. After being stuck in traffic for a little less than an hour, I noticed a crack starting in the windshield. I watched it grow from under the registration sticker and start to work across the windshield. The crack had to have been caused by the repair as they had to have removed and reattached all the plastic pieces around the windshield. It was too late to try to get back to get back to them before closing, so I decided to take pictures and text the info to Cindy. Cindy got back to us the next day and said she would look into it and call us back. When she called back, she said her husband did not remember seeing any crack in the windshield. At this point, things could have gone really wrong. I started calling around for a windshield replacement and found the national chains to be very expensive. Then I started looking at local businesses and found someone who could do the repair for less than half the national chains and also would warranty their work. We sent that estimate to Cindy, but by that time she had found a friend who would do the repairs for about 2/3 the cost of the place we found. We told her we wanted to stay with the place we found, and she said she would pay what her friend would charge to replace it. We agreed to that. When you think about it, they could have said that they didn't cause the crack. There would not have been much we could do about that. But Cindy proved that she was a great business person by taking responsibility, and confirmed that she is a class act. Will I return? Let me just say that we really liked her and her husband a lot. They are the kind of people you want as your friends. I highly recommend them for any of your automotive interior issues. We think so much of them that we are also going to use them to recover a couple of our living room chairs!

The owner of Encore, Shawn had been in the business for over 43 years, works for multiple luxury dealerships in town including BMW, MBZ, Audi, Porsche, and Lexus and is an expert in his field. They did an AWESOME job of replacing the broken down foam with new high density automotive foam a year ago. I've had the entire cab reupholstered with leather and the seats all feel like brand new. Harry charged me even a bit less than he originally quoted, honestly even though the quoted price seemed a touch high, it was a bargain given the high quality of the resulting repair. I'm so satisfied, I honestly feel like none of the other shops I visited would have done as a good a job, and I feel like I underpaid. A great value. An honest shop.

That is why I have just witnessed that even the government trusts his integrity by giving him their upholstery projects for their aircraft maintenance. Needed to have a bottom-only protective seat cover for my vehicle that I use for rideshare driving. Lupe customized a car seat cover I bought from Amazon that did not fit inspite of its claims it would. Not only was the cover too long, holes needed to be made on the seat cover so that the unique seatbelt anchors of my vehicle could be accessed from the top of the seat cover. Lupe produced a masterpiece that is of utmost quality but his service was reasonably priced. Lupe not only enabled my seatbelts to access the seatbelt anchors without needing to pull the seat cover away but the length of the cover now also fits snug to my rear passenger seat. My customization was a humble and simple one. However if you are an antique car collector I've seen a couple of cars parked at Lupe's shop that he is working on to replace their upholstery. I would not hesitate to return to Lupe's shop and proudly promote the shop's top notch quality of craftsmanship and service.

Finally googled "sunroof repair" and struck gold with Classic Auto. I spoke directly with the owner, Rene, who was kind, compassionate and professional. He heard the desperation in my voice and made it happen for me! I got my car from the dealership and took it straight over to Rene's shop. I was in and out in under 2 hours (after being quoted 10 hours of labor at the dealership). I highly recommend this shop!!! And they do more that sunroof repair.
