It's a fairly big home, so not a small project either! Alpine worked to complete the siding near the end of the "gentle season" in the fall and worked in wind and around rainy days to keep the home protected from weather, while efficiently installing our chosen James Hardie product and windows at the same time as they moved from side to side amidst storms. The result was beautiful, with new trim boards added for effect, and everything tidily caulked before winter set in. It looked so wonderful, we even enjoyed the prime siding color before spring came and the paint could put the final touch on the project. Alpine's crews, always kind, upbeat, and efficient, made certain we were early on their spring calendar and completed the rather complex painting job perfectly. Their cleanup crews made sure everything was neat and safe after each work session. We feel very fortunate that Alpine agreed to help us with this project. Their charges were very reasonable and we were able to add details and lower our costs with a full-payment arrangement. We know our home is fully protected from the elements with a product and application that will truly outlast us, and we receive so many compliments on its new appeal! I was disappointed when I went to pick it up after the screens were replaced. Granted they were old screens and were not cared for by the previous home owner but I felt the individual who worked on the screen could have showed more care and consideration for the job. Ther were small leaves and some debris in the screens that could have easily been removed since the whole screen had to be replaced and one of the magnets was missing a part. However when I went to pick the screens the person helping me replaced the damaged magnet and apologized for any inconvenience. Lyndale Glass is a local business I will probably support them in the future but they probably won't be my first call

He asked me a couple of questions about the house, I told him I built the house 20 years ago. He said that because they are Milgard windows and I am the original owner of the windows they are under warrantee as long as I own the house and Milgard will replace the glass for free. He could easily have given me a $1200 quote and I would not have known the difference. It even gets better, Kevin went back to the office and filled out all the warrantee paperwork for me so that I didn't even have to do that, even though Lyndale will get nothing out of the warrantee work as Milgard will send their own crew out to replace the window panes. Zero stars. This business is predatory. Scammers. Some door knockers came by claiming to be in the…read moreneighborhood working on a neighbor's house. (They weren't.) They talked my husband into signing up for a free estimate for a roof replacement. When they came for the estimate, two young men came by, barely old enough to rent a car. They assessed the exterior and came inside to look at the attic. The entire time they were taking pictures, they were exclaiming "Oh wow, this is so bad." "This attic is the worst I've ever seen." Then they sat my husband down to show him the pictures. They said our attic was full of mold and water damage. Made it seem like our attic would cave in if we didn't act urgently. They quoted over $50,000 plus tax and then used high pressure hard sales tactics to try to convince my husband into signing a contract on the spot. Worst of all, they refused to leave for HOURS despite being told that my husband had a hard deadline of 5pm when he had a work call. The scummy sales guys stayed well past 5, making my husband late for his work call. Their fear-mongering tactics and bloated estimate caused my husband a lot of unnecessary anguish thinking we were going to have to take out a loan to afford a new roof. We have since had two other reputable roofing companies provide us estimates. They were both in agreement that there was no mold or water damage in our attic, and that our roof had 5-7 years of life left on it. And after seeing THEIR photos, we are certain that DaBella showed us photos that weren't even of our house trying to scare us. I'm so disgusted by this company's predatory and unethical tactics. I posted in a community Facebook group warning others of this dishonest business and there were DOZENS of neighbors that had similar experiences. I will be reporting them to the BBB. What an absolutely joke that they have an A+ rating. These people are criminals.
