We were told by several painting companies that our siding was in need of repair or possible replacing. Alpine stopped by and they were extremely knowledgeable on the products and siding process. They spent almost an hour walking me through all the potential options and scenarios of what would happen if we would postpone the already obvious siding issue we were encountering. Both me and my husband were impressed by the professionalism of Alpine. They didnt put any pressure on us, and allowed us to make our own decision on what we wanted. Not the same experience we had with a few other companies. Their crews were always on time and were very tidy. They made sure all material was clean and closed up before they left. The foreman walked us through all his goals for the project and was extremely polite. They offered us so many different options it was actually tough to make a decision. We were told that vinyl was not a product to use due to the amount of rain we get here, and Hardie was the best route for both cost and longevity. We chose a siding style and their company replaced the siding with new Hardie lap and Hardie shingles. They also were the only company that offered an amazing warranty to go along with their work. Their sister company Alpine Painting also painted our siding after it was installed. In short, the entire process although was stressful at times (all renovations can be overwhelming) couldnt of gone any better. I hired Alpine Siding based on the excellent reviews I saw about them, and after speaking to the owner, Veto. I am so glad I had his company do this work for me! His workers were real pros, polite, and fun to have around!! They tore off the ugly old vinyl siding, which was a huge job in itself. Then they resided my house with Hardiplank and then Alpine Painting painted it. They came in and worked every day until they got the job done. They weren't going from my house to another house and making me wait. I was very very impressed with the quality of their work and think others would be, too. They are not the cheapest to have do the work but I would say nobody could do the work any better than they did. Veto also offers a discount for paying up front and I was concerned about that at first and knew that it is best to hold back some payment in case there is a problem. There were absolutely zero problems. None. I also had Alpine Painting paint the house so got an extended warranty for having them do both jobs. The painters were exceptional and did a perfect job too. I could not be any happier with the final results! The house, built in 1989, looks brand-new and my neighbors are commenting how beautiful it is. I know the siding will look good and protect the house for many many years. Absolutely recommend Alpine Siding for your project. Siding replacement is costly, and therefore finding the best company that was also affordable was paramount. Alpine was recommended to us from a number of sources and their bid was appropriate. Veto listened to both our housing and financial concerns and made sure that we knew we had plenty of options. We never felt pushed into any decision and were confident with his assessment of our home's structure and needs. Alpine's employees were courteous and tidy. They went out of their way to explain what they were doing and why, particularly if they needed to change part of the original plan. Surprise realization that we needed to re-side our complicated 4500 sq ft 9 year old house! Talked to 3 contractors, Veto inspired confidence through his knowledge vs the others and had a competitive price. The crew was here on time for 4-weeks start to finish, worked hard every day, were respectful, attentive, informative, and became friends through the process. Above all they did an excellent and highest quality job resulting is a house with zero siding and trim worries for life. Top notch siding company! If you want true high quality work, use Alpine Siding! These guys just finished re-siding my 2-story home in Bellingham. They took down and disposed of the old LP siding on my house and put up quality cedar mill hardie plank siding and hardie trim on the windows and corners! Everything was sealed and cleaned up when they were done. The crew really knew what they were doing and they were very respectful of me and my property. We had a great experience working with Alpine Siding through the entire process, from picking out materials to the final punch list. Veto was very responsive and professional throughout the project and his crew was incredibly respectful and hard-working. Alpine did EVERYTHING they said they would do, including covering some cost over-runs. They even threw in a few additional items that they didn't have to, like replacing an aluminum soffit panel that we had lost in a wind storm as well as putting a nice crown detail over our windows. 15 years ago we had our home sided with what we believed was Hardy siding. Unfortunately the company who did our original siding job substituted "fake" Hardy, which eventually cracked and allowed moisture to get behind it. Alpine came out within one week of our request for a quote. He was so knowledgeable and worked with us to make sure this time the job was done right. They took photos of any damage they encountered, and thoroughly fixed the issues. They even answered our nit-picky questions. Each person on the crew was hard working and knew their product.
