We actually had to call them to find out why they hadn't shown up? Reluctantly, we rescheduled them for 2 days later- AGAIN no call no show. In this day and age it is amazing to me that small businesses can function with such terrible customer service. Obviously, we will not be using or recommending this company.

Note: electricians may have to cut drywall and this they do not repair. This was our only disappointment. Drywall dust was all around floor and holes were pretty drastic. Again for us this was due to difficult spot accessing wall above a gas fireplace. But the team was able to get the outlet installed. They obviously worked hard to figure out what to do. After having an insane electric bill for 4 months last year we decided to give House of Service a try since they were a local Heating and Air company. Not only did the tech clean our system and make sure it was running properly. He identified a problem in our blower unit that had been causing issues for years - condensation from exposed pipes. He fixed the problem with condensation by covering and sealing up our pipes in our blower unit and now my central air unit is working better than it has for the past 10 years. Great service, honest and very knowledgeable service techs make this a great company to fix any HVAC problem. My family and friends will defiantly be coming back.

They had an electrician, Keith, at the house the same afternoon. Courteous, efficient and thorough. While he was there he noticed two outlets with 'scorch' marks and suggested, for safety's sake, they be replaced.
