They were thorough in explaining the repair process, provided a reasonable timeline, and the pricing was more than fair. My ring repair was around $40, and my necklace repair was about $75, which felt very affordable compared to replacing either piece. I also brought in my wedding ring to explore whether the diamonds could be repurposed into something new. I don't know much about jewelry terminology, and I probably wasn't doing a great job explaining what I had in mind, but they were incredibly patient and helpful. They listened, asked thoughtful questions, and helped me understand the possibilities without ever making me feel rushed or uninformed. The sales lady said that wouldn't be possible when I suggested buying a strap from her and taking the hoop off it to put on to mine. It's my dead grandpas watch so it has sentimental value to me. Your sales lady did not care at all about it and had attitude toward a younger customer as me. 0/10 experience

We took Dad's watch to get a battery changed and they replaced it quickly didn't even charge us 20 dollars to do that. While we were waiting, we also had mom's ring checked and it was fine.
