I've been with Siege Performance for over 8 years. I came to the gym seeking a place to train my clients and have personalized it for my own sanctity and sanctuary. Over the past 7 years I have moved throughout different parts of Nassau county, and now out to Suffolk; never leaving the gym that has it all!! I live over 30 miles away and still get up 6 days a week to make the drive. Why? The equipment and the ultimate space for conducting every type of workout imaginable, the community of people who strive to make their lives better every single day (highest retention rate of any gym), the humor and the continued motivation and push from every trainer and every member. You cannot find a better gym in Long Island if your goal is to be the best you can be...PS...Noah, owner and head coach has trained my grandson for the past 4 years...grandbaby has 20 D1 offers for college ball (top schools in the country) and has won Golden gloves and Under 18 heavyweight boxing championship, all with the help of a coach who helped him develop physically and mentally!! I stopped by after moving out of the area. The gym has been updated, there's a lot of new equipment, attachments, and change of layout. It looks great. I love the upgraded downlighting...yeah, it makes for great selfies, what of it? Overall, I think this is one of the best gyms on LI and I think criminally underrated. Those that know, know this is an amazing gym with a great community. Everyone that's been going there for sometime has made tremendous progress towards their individual goals and everyone in there is supportive of each other. I think this is a great place for anyone looking to make a positive change in their life and work on fitness - whether strong man, powerlifting, athletics, bodybuilding, rehab - you can do it all her. 10/10 read more

I found this gym after 2 other gyms lied to me about having a specific type of equipment I was looking for just to get me in the door. I won't name any names but I wanted to "choke out" one of the personal trainers there. Siege has everything serious trainers want and none of the frills you don't need. Multiple power racks, bumper plates, GHR's, Hammer Strength machines, and prowlers on a large turf area for conditioning. Plenty of space here to move around quickly from station to station if you train in a circuit, and no dudebros hogging any of the benches. (Although I haven't been here on a Friday evening prime chest/arm pump time.) Best of all, no Taylor Swift blasting at 400 decibels through the sound system. read more

Great facility for sports training. It has a turf conditioning area with tons of equipment not found in your average big box corporate gym. Lots of sleds, med balls heavy and light, huge assortment of bands large and small. The best part is everyone here is great. No one sitting on machines on the phone, no one leaving weights out. This is hands down the best gym I've ever been to! I've been to x sport, synergy, and la fitness but this beats all of them. Really great atmosphere that motivates you to come in everyday and work hard. Noah is an extremely knowledgeable and down to earth owner. I've learned more from him about working out in the past 4 months than I have in the last 4 years combined. He really wants to see his members reach their goals and will do whatever he can to help you. They have top notch equipment including an awesome turf track. Normally I hate doing cardio, but working the sleds and giant tires makes it a lot more fun. If you are in the area you need to try Siege Athletics! Just one last thing. Please disregard the one star review by Preston. He's an idiot troll who shouldn't be allowed to write a review. I am at this gym every day and he has never stepped foot inside.
