When you think of Jazzercise, a bunch of old ladies exercising probably comes to mind and I'm not going to lie - this is very much what the vibe is giving when you come to Jazzercise. But the great thing about this workout is that it's super adjustable. If you want to go level up the workout, grab a heavier set of weights, go all out with the arm movements and jumps and overall have fun, because that's what Jazzercise is really about. I took their cardio sculpt class which was part cardio dance, part floor workout with weights. Don't want to lay on the floor? Don't worry, there are modifications for that. So thankfully, there are unique classes like trampoLEAN out there that keep my workouts exciting so I don't have to drag myself to the gym every time I want to work off the 3 desserts I likely had the night before (#facts). I signed up for the trampoLEAN rave class, thinking that it would just be a fun, little workout on the trampoline where I might sweat a little. HAH. Boy, was I wrong. This is a LEGIT workout, and I guarantee that you will be sweating. A lot. It's basically 50 minutes of non-stop cardio on your mini trampoline, complete with resistance bands (free ones and ones you pull from the ceiling), weights, glow sticks, and of course, rave-y music. Not only did I have a blast jumping every which way on my trampoline (after I got over my initial fear of falling and busting my ass ofc), but it was a great workout! I DEF felt like I burned off most, if not all of my 3 desserts from the night before (thank god so I'll be able to have another 3 desserts the next day), which is all I really want in a workout class. Alllllllright. So I'm posting this review almost an hour after taking my first trial class. Wow wow…read morewow. Delia was the instructor for this class and she was awesome. Super energetic and motivating. It was a really great class. I say this about two hours after the class ended because I'm now decompressing. I used to work out at least 3x/week, CrossFit including. I haven't worked out in two years and let me tell you, this body knew it didn't work out in two years. Upon entering the class I was like Okok let me take my place all the way in the back so I'm not in the immediate view of others obviously struggling in what I know will leave me in a puddle of sweat mess while attempting to look like I'm keeping up (spoiler alert, I in fact could not keep up, ha). It's ok guys, I knew I wouldn't be keeping up with the rest of the class on my first real day working out. But I tried. I tried and reached a moment where I was mentally like "listen, you are either gonna throw up which will be embarrassing or pass out which would be even more embarrassing!" I did neither, I know, thank god bc I would have walked out and just walked into traffic upon waking up had I passed out. Back to Delia! She walked around and kept motivating every person. The music was also amazing. Dalia was super clear with instructions and what the next pace would be. The atmosphere was very clean, very inviting and made you feel like you were in a specialty fitness studio, which you are. I have to say, I did not get a membership as yet bc immediately as I was done with the class I was thinking "no way I can keep up with this class". But now that I'm home, and I have this exercise high going on and I realized I did in fact complete this class, even if slower than others....I did it. I feel really good about myself and in time I know my stamina and overall health will increase if I took classes here. So yea...I recommend. I genuinely liked this class

My wife signed up for this membership and it was all going fine - our children are now in school…read moreand the schedules didn't match up, so she had to cancel and called in for help. She still has 6 credits which are super expensive, that she wants to use when she has the open slot by some miracle (these are already paid for classes) - they said sorry, we can't help. By cancelling, we need to pay another 30 days, plus she would lose her 6 credits. Aka, take over 1 month of pre paid credits to the grave, and yet still pay another month, to then be able to cancel. Zero empathy or understanding with a loyal long-time customer who simply is now unable to attend due to our children starting school for the first time, and no care in the world to help keep the credits. We didn't ask for a refund, simply to maintain them to use what was paid for in the small chance she can - and nothing from them. This is NOT how you treat loyal local customers who have referred many friends to your gym. This is not how you get customers back in your gym when schedules allow once again. Poor service, no care once you start paying, and scammy policies that make zero sense. Do the right ting - if someone pays for classes, let them use them. If someone needs to cancel due to reasons out of their control, let them go without stealing paid for courses. These simple practices are how you maintain a happy community, and my wife would've referred more friends to your gym, and instead, you now have a very unhappy and loud past customer and you will lose much more than what you're stealing from us. I tried to comunícate with their customer service but only got answers that they can't do nothing but keep charging my account and hang up my phone. Be very careful. Update I contacted the Manhasset location but just told by staff that monthly membership will just keep on recurring event I emailed them my cancellation request again. AKT keep emailing me past due notice after email cancellation.

We obviously started our search through Yelp and called The Studio. Destiny the receptionist was super friendly and immediately offered us a trial class. My daughter tried once and loved it. The energy here is awesome and the instructors are super friendly. Almost all the classes are held in small groups which is wonderful. The studio has 2 spacious dance rooms. My daughter loves dancing here. She loves her instructors and have made many friends. Going to class here feels like being part of a family. Everyone is so friendly. Some of the attendees mentioned that is bigger compare to other studio they'd been . Although the place is smaller than our old place( gym ) for our Zumba session, I like it as I feel that I am in real dance studio. Full mirror and drinking water supply is available , though we are used bringing our own bottle. Ample parking for everyone. :) Our Zumba class group is literally new too and this new home fits us. The owner seems nice and very accommodating. I will be coming back , even driving takes 10 minutes more than our previous Zumba house.
