Todd came to my home in late June to assess our Bloodgood Japanese Maple and recommended a "summer compost tea root enhancer application." We agreed and confirmed the quote a week later. That's when all communication from Camelot completely stopped. From early July until September, I heard nothing from them. I repeatedly called their office to get a date for the service but was met with a series of excuses: "the scheduler just left," "the scheduler is on vacation," or "the boss who schedules is out for personal reasons." I was left wondering if the job would ever get done. When they finally came to perform the work the week of September 7th, there was no advance notice, and we were away from our home. The only evidence they had been here was a company sign posted on our lawn. Aside from the sign, I have no way to prove the work was actually performed. This complete lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and follow-through is unacceptable. If you're looking for a company that respects your time and keeps you informed, look elsewhere.

This was great because a very, VERY strong wind storm passed through, up to 60mph and knocked down several trees around the city. Tree removal services were booked or getting booked fast, so I really appreciated that he made time to stop by and assess the damage so soon. When he got there, he gave me a quote, which was extremely reasonable for the job and had his team out the next day. He sent me pictures of the work after he cleaned everything up (I was not present when they finished) and the yard looked GREAT!
