Great facility, zero friction, very close walk to the border, car felt safe here and the cost for a week of parking was within reason.

I had a very disappointing experience with this parking lot. When we returned to pick up our car, we realized we had lost our parking ticket. According to their posted rules, if a ticket is lost, you simply need to provide proof of ownership and your vehicle registration. We were fully prepared to do that. Instead, the woman at the front desk was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Rather than following the posted policy, she charged us an additional $30 fee that was never mentioned anywhere in their rules. When we questioned the charge, she laughed and showed no concern for how we were being treated. Customer service like this is unacceptable. I understand that mistakes happen, but there is no reason to treat customers with disrespect or make up fees that aren't clearly disclosed. I would not recommend this parking lot based on my experience. read more

I decided to park here, based on the yelp reviews, which were not all positive, but I decided to give it a try. This parking lot is super close to the border, less than a 10 minute walk. The parking lot felt safe and very secure. Had great service from a nice young man who explained how the whole process worked, and he even gave me directions to the border. He was also working when I returned to pick up the car, and again another great customer service experience. My car was exactly how I left it, safe and sound. So I came on a Saturday morning and decided to park my car here. I literally walked to Otay border and big red sign "no border entry". I walked back to get my car and go home. Told the lady that border in Otay was closed and I'm leaving. Literally my car was parked for 10 minutes. She said you still have to pay! Like WTH are you kidding me. She said once you park the reader prints the receipt and you have to pay. Damn rip offs Last time I ever park here ... Here is another place that I have been using since it opened. I remember when it was just a dirt lot. A lot has changed here and for the better. The staff always knows me and has my ticket ready when I park. Parking around Otay can be expensive and this place is reasonably priced. Plus its all fenced in and away from traffic/high foot traffic. This is about a 10 minute walk to the border. Near the Casa De Cambios if you need change for Mexico. (Something I will only Enjoy) I like when the little pond gets filled with water. You'll always see only two ducks at a time there. This is definitely the place you want to park at if you are going to be traveling via the CBX bridge. I looked around to see the pricing and not only are they a good value, they are secure and friendly. We parked in a section where there were only cars. They have semi trucks parked in there as well, you can ask if you could park elsewhere (if you don't like where they asked you to park). From there, we took an Uber to the CBX and it was about $6. Still cheaper than the parking fee anywhere else. Definitely recommend them. read more

No shuttle service so keep that in mind for going to CBX or the Otay border crossing. I was told that a taxi might cost around $20 and an Uber maybe half that to go to CBX. It is a 2-mile/45-minute walk (or maybe an hour with luggage - since about 1/4 mile of Siempre Viva Rd is (closed to cars and) not paved. No advanced reservation is needed to park - just a plan for getting to and from wherever you want to go after parking. read more

I was skeptical at first but I end up leaving my car here interesad of the tijuana airport or the new bridge. I left my car for 11 days and paid 80 not a bad deal compared to 20 or 15 a day in other lots. I walk to the border in Mesa de Otay and got an u er to the airport it was more economical for my family. read more

I recently used the parking lot and picked it primarily because of the shuttle service advertised on their website. The shuttle was to drive you to the border and pick you up if you called ahead of time. This was important as I was picking family up from the airport. Upon arrival, I was informed that they do not offer a shuttle. That was a let down. The walk to the border was not far from the location and the attendant was super nice. The price for the day is not bad at all; $7 per day to park about a block and a half from the border crosswalk is a great deal! I still parked at the facility as it is attended and felt safer leaving my car in a lot versus the street. I would park here again however, if you plan to travel with luggage make sure you make other arrangements ahead of time unless you want to lug your baggage around. read more

This was my first time parking here. Was a bit nervous. Compared it to another parking lot farther from the border. This place is $7 per day. Place is safe and secure. Staff is nice. Left my car 3 days over Memorial weekend. This place is almost in front of all the gas stations before getting on the 905 freeway to get in to Mex. I have nothing negative to say, this parking lot service was exactly what I was looking for. I was traveling to Mexico from CBX bridge that connects to Tijuana's international airport. I left my car parked at Siempre Parking for 15 days. I dropped of my car and catch a Uber back to CBX it was approximately 7-10 minutes ride. And same when I got back to US Uber back to pick up my vehicle, it was well taken care of no problem. At CBX daily parking is $20 a day out of my budget. At Siempre Parking they are own 24 hrs and daily parking is only $7 a day. The only inconvenience is getting there and catching Uber which I did not mind at all. Yes I will use them again since I love traveling from Tijuana because airplane fares are cheaper and my flights are direct to my destination. read more

I was hesitant to leave my car here for two weeks while in Mexico but upon my return my car was perfectly fine where I had left it and a nice lady at the gate took my payment. I had forgotten my receipt in MX but the nice lady suggested I take a picture of the ticket before leaving the lot so even though I had no physical ticket receipt I had a picture and the transaction was easy no fuss at all. So pleased I used this place to park my vehicle. The gentleman who drop us off was very pleasant my vehicle was morning taken care of it was just a little dusty since the parking lot has no cement plus I did leave my vehicle for 22 days. This place was very affordable with Super fast service. There was a shuttle waiting to take you to the airport at drop off and upon return was picked up immediately we had no wait time. I have parked at this place a few times and have recommended it to friends and family I called today to confirm the parking rate it went from $7 a day to $10 a day! At this point it's not worth me parking there I might as well park at the CBX parking and pay $15 per day because there's really no savings in me going to Siempre parking anymore once you include ride to the bridge or tj airport. read more
