On the same block their is parking structures south and north of it and with all the closures and construction of Horton Plaza it's even more hidden. Secure Spacious parking Clean Affordable Currently, $10 for after 5p and until 2:30a. Ample parking and spacious. The entrance is hard to find and when entering garage to return to your car the elevator is in business building where Dunkin Donut is. I don't often come downtown. Ummm, yeah. Park here. The valet at my hotel was $55 a night. Holy mole guacamole. I didn't want to pay that, so I searched up nearby parking and came up with this lot. It's underground, it's secure, and it was $10 a night. Hello! I got some flack from people for "bookmarking" and "checking in" at a parking lot, and I'm sure I'll get more messages about this review, but this lot saved me a grip of money, so it's outstanding, in my opinion, and it needs to be shared. read more

We were looking for parking during Halloween and decided to park in the NBC underground parking lot. It was a flat rate of $10. The parking lot was brightly lit, it was clean and it had security in the lobby. They accepted credit cards, debit cards and cash. I have been in some questionable and unsanitary parking lots however this is one of the best I have utilized. Another added bonus is security will have to buzz you in after a certain hour. Lastly after leaving the overcrowded Gaslamp on Halloween this was an easy exit to home without any traffic. read more

Parking from 5pm to 2.30AM ( middle of night ) is 10 $ , if you don't pick up your car until 2.30 am they charge 10$ per hour ( if you leave it until 7-8 am you might end up paying 60-70$ ) Day time rates are kinda high , they charge 2$ per 12 minutes . I stayed 2 hours and I paid 20$ . As a tourist , that's a waste of money for nothing , very uncomfortable!!! For tourists as an advice try to park at Park-it-on-the-Market ( parking place) I've read they charge 15$ for overnight parking or 1$ per hour , that's more down to earth !!!! read more

One star off for having inconsistent rates. Parked there on a Saturday night into Sunday afternoon(10pm-1:30pm) $10. The guard told us flat rate ends at 230pm. Parked there Sunday from 6pm-1pm $40! Which was still cheaper than parking at our hotel for two nights ($49 a night, but with ins and out) Facilities are A+. Gated, secure, big spots, clean, and there's always spaces. read more

The one and only place I park downtown now. It's $10 for overnight regardless of what is going on downtown. Many places can charge $15-$25 on a weekend night or event night. This place doesn't. Since it's trapped under an upscale building, I feel my car is also safest here. Sometimes, there's a gate pulled down and it looks like the lot is full. Still pull a ticket because it will open and you can still drive through it. The location is also central, next to horton plaza, and near many of the main bars and clubs in downtown San Diego, including the popular Gaslamp District. I wouldn't trust my car anywhere else! read more

My go to spot for parking before a night out. Centrally located right next to Horton Plaza. Most of the bars and clubs are just a short walk away which is good especially if you have girls with you in high heels. Getting here from the freeway and leaving is quick and easy. The best part about this parking lot is that they only charge a flat rate of $10 to park so you can break the bank at the bar rather than on parking. Not sure about how much they charge during weekdays and working hours but if you're here at night definitely don't pass this lot up. Designate a driver, save money and park here, and have a good night in downtown! read more

" What Are You Doing " I used to love this NBC Parking garage. Every time we would come to the Balboa Theatre to see a performance we would park at the NBC parking lot under the NBC building. It was always very fast and convenient. But Not Anymore ! When I went to enter the building last night at 5:00 pm the employee standing at the entrance would not take the $10 bill I tried to hand to him. He said we do not take money anymore. What ? We used to hand $10 bill for the parking to the attendant and would go park, and that was it. We would just leave the parking facility after our time and no problems. Well now there is all kinds of problems ! Now you have to pay with a credit card. And the line to get out after our concert was horrible. Some people took forever to pay. One guy dropped his credit card on the ground. several cards did not work, It is Now HORRIBLE ! Not to be able to pay with cash when you have a man standing at the entrance and the exit is STUPID, DUMB, and so inconvenient for the customers. You guys better rethink this BAD IDEA ! read more

Whoa...before you park here. Two times in the past weeks when attending events downtown I parked in this structure because I remembered that it was $10 for evening parking. An attendant was at the meter taking our money and giving us a ticket that we put on our wind shield. Not one night last week. The car ahead of us seemed to be waiting for the attendant. A minute or so went by --- no attendant appeared, so they pushed for a ticket at the meter..We couldn't back up because there was a car in back so we did took a ticket,as well. We also asked the persons at the entrance to the office building if the parking was $10 and they said yes. To our surprise, when we left thru the unattended gate, we had to charge our credit card $30 to get out. Why was parking $10 in the past and $30 last night? Was it because they had no one to take our cash at the entrance? Should I now beware of the flat rate parking at 225? read more

Our go to spot for parking in downtown. $10 flat rate. Take a ticket and pay later at the machines. Underground parking garage so your car feels safe. Never had a problem with the garage filling up. Always easy to find a space right by the elevators. There's always security monitoring who comes in and out in the lobby. Location is central to downtown and right next to Horton Plaza and the Westin hotel. It's always been an easy walk to all the main clubs/bars I go in downtown. read more

I had read the rave reviews of everyone about this parking garage, so I parked my car here for a total of 18 hours. The reviews on Yelp all said the fee is $10 flat for overnight. The sign outside this parking garage said $30 flat fee, so I swallowed and went in anyway. When I took my car out after a mere 18 hours, my ticket clocked me for $60! What a rip off joint. I buzzed for a manager to speak to, and she explained that my 18 hours were over two separate days! what does that mean? What does flat $10 over night parking mean? Complete b...s.. if you ask me.
