I got Thai tea without added sweetner and it was very mild in flavor and thinner consistency as most Thai teas. She met with us a couple times to discuss designs and our vision. She was extremely gracious despite the many changes- I was extremely indecisive. I couldn't decide on our cake size or how many desserts to have at our dessert table (my eyes are bigger than my stomach and I wanted way too much). Amanda helped me select the type of dessert she felt would make sense and also be visually pleasing. A month before the wedding, I finally settled on wedding cake design...or designs.
